We found this place by coincidence as we were there looking for a place to have lunch. We never heard of the place before but we gave it a shot as it's halal. Bullseye! What a delicious food. My goodness. Definitely will go back again, soon.

I had the pleasure of trying the sandwiches at this stop, and they were truly outstanding. The Montreal Thing sandwich and truffle burger were incredibly flavorful, with the protein cooked to perfection. The fries were prepared in a delicious manner, adding to the overall satisfaction. The staff members were amazing, providing excellent service that enhanced the dining experience. We left the restaurant feeling incredibly happy and completely satisfied. The only minor drawbacks were the slightly tight seating area, although it had a pleasant ambiance, and the fries, which could have been a bit less dry. Nonetheless, the positives far outweighed these minor shortcomings. Highly recommended!

Beside the fact, that there are not so many tables to sit & eat, I fully recommend this place! Very good food for very good prices! I tried 2 toasts (The Ruben and Classic), huge portion as on the picture for like 6-8€ for one of them! Another day I ate Pastrami Bun and it was so delicious, a lot of meat and very good sides. My favourite place to eat in Hague!

Great rubens and the updated fries are much tastier. Great services as well, from folks who worked there for a month.

Visitors from the US were quite impressed after they took a bite, though they were initially a bit skeptical about the setting.

Great place with reasonable price, though like anywhere else, the price increased.

Day Dream Deli, maybe the only place in NL where they serve 100% Halal Pastrami sandwiches, Burgers and other good stuff for the quick bite. Pastrami is their specialty, slowly cooked and smoked brisket, softer than tender thick meat slices between two well sized sandwiches. Can't get enough. Try also their Short-ribs Burger.

I'm not a sandwich person but this place really change my mind. The meat is incredibly good. Always ask for extra meat 😉

A tiny place with tasty beef snacks. Simple and not expensive food if you are hungry. Haagse Cheesesteak was very good.

Had the Reuben and the poutine at this place. Staff were busy preparing the food for their delivery service so it took some time to order and get served. However, the food was great! The brisket inside the Reuben was so tender and flavorful that I couldn’t stop eating. The poutine had good amount of gravy and the fries were on point. I just wish it had more cheese curds. Overall, I enjoyed the food and would recommend you to give it a try!

This can't be real. These guys have done it. They have created something beyond human comprehension. Okay, first off, it's a small place, but trust me on this one: wonderful things come out from there. The people there are friendly and hospitable. You can tell they enjoy their work.
The price is also fair and square.
Now, for the food. I've tried every burger on the menu, and they're all in their own league. However, there is one legend, one myth that overshadows them all. The short-rib burger. No words can do justice to this king. It's one of the most delectable foods I have ever eaten. The short rib is so tender that it melts in your mouth, creating a vortex of deliciousness.
Unquestionably a must-see location in one's lifetime!

I don't write many reviews but some places deserve recognition. This is one of them. The food was outstanding. I had a Classic Montreal with fries and loved it. All cooked fresh and really tasty. The staff were really friendly and helpful too which I appreciated as a complete stranger to the area. I hope I get the chance to return to try something else on the menu as it all looked great. Well done!

Such a great/rare find in the middle of Den Haag. Properly smoked meats, burgers, and sandwiches... finally !!! For the price, I was blown away with the quality and taste of the food, it brought me back home for a second. My girlfriend is Canadian and hasn't been able to fine poutine, and here it was, and yummy as ever! The turkish cheese curds are a yummy and creative replacement (due to food laws). If you have time, I would recommend you take the time to try this sandwich spot!

I am excited to go back and try the burger next!

Small spot with amazing burgers! Best burger I had in my entire life came from this place. They are always extremely busy yet still friendly. All their meat is hallal, so no need to worry about any pork allergies :)

Seriously awesome. Hands down the best burgers in the city. Brisket Cheeseburger was cooked to order and took about 15 mins to be ready, really, REALLY good. Brisket practically melted in my mouth, everything was amazing, and very well priced. The customer service was friendly and happy despite it being the dinner rush.
My favourite fast food joint in the city, they're excellent. I will eat here every month forever.

Shame the store is so small, we did get seats, and the decor is lovely, but i can imagine if they get popular you will struggle to sit at all.

Had a delicious black truffle cheeseburger here and thankfully because of the weather not many people were here so I was able to seat myself. If you’re looking to eat in, this place might not be ideal due to the small amount of seats, so be wary on good days. I hit my luck because of rain and I got to enjoy the special which was a black truffle burger for 8 euro. It was worth the price and melted in my mouth perfectly ! I’ll be back again when my partner comes to the Netherlands <3

We have visited here at night, I was so hungry I needed something quick and fulfilling so I ordered a cheesy sandwich, it had lots of beef inside and cheese on the top, the meat was very well cooked and it was definitely delicious to eat. The problem is you may need a wet napkin since it is a little difficult to eat, lol.

The have a very good taste of food , it is a ver good choice for people who love burgers 😍

the food here is so amazing that we tried it 3 times in 3 days. consecutive! should i say more?! so tasty! go for anything with the rye bread. and the rest :)

This place really live up to its name: DayDream Deli. The name isn’t originally meant to say deli of delicious but I find it very fitting. I have been here over 20 times now and from my personal experience I can assure that this place makes THE BEST double cheeseburgers in The Hague!!!!!!
