MediaMarkt Den Haag

A nice mediamarkt with good products. I'm not used to stores having such great staff who take their time to really explain and compare products as Faried did. Good employee for sure. I was looking for a phone and since there are so many variables to be measured it was awesome to have someone friendly help me with my decision. 10/10

I recommend it. Here you can buy all kinds of equipment at a low price.

We have visited here to check e-Readers, the prices go higher and higher everytime we check so take it into consideration if you're planning to buy it, lol. Nice place, by the way. A little crowded, but it is normal since it is located in a rather busy area in Den Haag. :)

Very good service at the returns section. Helpful in finding my original transaction and money was back in my account the same day.

I faced a few issues trying to change a defective product, and unfortunately left the store unhappy with the outcome. But the lady at the service desk (Aureely) went above and beyond. She kept on looking for a solution even after my departure and called me 15 minutes later to tell me she had found a solution. Thank you so much for the great customer service!

The new location is so much better than the old Mediamarkt! Easy to find things and good selection of electronics

This place has everything from small appliances for personal care and the kitchen, to large appliances, stereos, TVs, office equipment, and on and on. And the prices are great!! I have visited the Hague city location and also have ordered several items online. The service is great, the delivery is super fast, and I've not had any negative experience with this retailer.
