Top producten , verjaardag van me zoon gehad , cupcake mix besteld met allerlei soorten versiering, zoals disco dip, smarties , marshmallow etc .

1e keer 2 rollen rolfondant besteld, maar 1 ontvangen die ook nog eens over datum was. Wel netjes geld terug ontvangen. Dus nog een 2e kans gegeven. Toen na 8 dagen nog geen bestelling binnen. Achteraan gegaan, was ineens een deel niet op voorraad en hebben ze dat geannuleerd en de rest alsnog toegestuurd, maar dat was voor mij al te laat om nog te gebruiken voor de verjaardag waarvoor het bedoeld was. Zonde geld dus. Geen 3e kans voor mij.

Ik zou liever helemaal geen sterren geven. Ik zit nl al een week te wachten op voorradige producten. Daarnaast wordt er op de gestuurde berichten niet gereageerd.
Heel slechte service zo. Jammer.
