Enjoyable flight with smooth landings and only minor delays (which were communicated sufficiently). Splendid service regarding hot beverages: some card problems upon purchase, and the cabin staff did not bother giving the beverages for free.

Would recommended flying with this airline.

Great to be back on board the national flag carrier EI630 to BRU this morning. Plenty of space between passengers and everything very clean and smart. As expected ith restrictions very limited food or drink offerings but it is such a short flight that a hot cup of filter coffee is more than enough

bevalt heel goed, alleen is al 2x onze koffer te laat (een paar dagen) aangekomen, das wel wat minder. maar t vliegen en de vriendelijkheid is super en ook fijn de USA securitiecheck in Dublin is heel fijn !

Bad communication, lots of delays, missed connections. They switched me to a later connecting flight without informing me, and when I asked why, I couldn't get a straight answer. They changed it back during an expensive phone call. Never an apology or explanation. Also, the breakfast always has meat in it, no other option, unless you ask ahead of time. Used them often, but not any more.

Worst Customer Service in the World. Don't Fly with these idiots.
