Leveren al jaren keurig werk. Omdat ze om 8 uur tot 18:00 uur open zijn is er altijd een moment om mijn spullen langs te brengen.

Ik ben al jaren de klant van deze stomerij geweest. Altijd netjes geholpen. De afgelopen week bracht ik een jas (25,-- reinigingskosten) en jurk (10,--). De medewerker wilde die eerst niet aannemen....Wat was al vreemd.... Deze jas was al 3 keer door hun gereinigd. "De fabrikanten doen maar wat..." was haar opmerking over mijn jurk. De laatste druppel was toen ik vroeg of ik bij ophalen kan betalen. "In AH moet je ook gelijk afrekenen" zei ze...."Ja dat klopt, maar dan kan ik ook vanavond koken" zei ik.... Zeer vervellende ervaring. Dit was ook mijn laatste bezoek aan Wassalon Stomerij Schalkwijk. Ik hoop dat mijn feedback de klantvriendelijkheid verhoogd.
