This place is great, music, beer, people - everything is fine

Went here on the final day of the Tata Steel Chess Tournament and saw Anish Giri's historic win on the screen, as they had a livestream of the event in this establishment.
However, even that momentous occasion aside, I immensely enjoyed myself here! The food and drinks were great, the staff were lovely, and it has a super fun atmosphere. I liked how everything was themed around ships, and it was a cozy place where you can relax and have some fun with friends. There are board games available so if you don't know how to fill the silence with small talk you can play those (or you can just play them anyway for the glory of winning, of course).
I assume the little chess decorations were only there for the tournament, but I loved how they added to the atmosphere (and they were So Cute!). Definitely would come back here if I get the chance :)

They have a wide range of mead and flammkuchen, and their board games are fantastic! The staff also offered us a vegan alternative which was very tasty. One of a kind place! Highly recommend

This pub made our stay at Wijk Aan Zee totally worth it!

Locale con molto stile, arredato in maniera ottima che sa di casa

Il menu offre varie tipologie di “pizze”, costolette e hamburger
Tutto buonissimo

Als je van ruige ambiance houdt en heerlijk wilt eten en drinken.. helemaal top!
Goede speciaal bieren,
verrukkelijke flammkuchen maar ook spare ribs en burgers..
Vriendelijk en hartelijk personeel, allemaal ingrediënten voor een fijn bezoek.

Schöne, urig angehauchte Kneipe mit dart oder einigen Spielen die man sich borgen könnte. Nähe zum Strand ist auch gegeben. Die Flammkuchen sind sehr empfehlenswert und die Bedienungen sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder.

Coole Bar mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu zocken. Darts und jede Menge Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden. Ist leider auch die einzige Bar im Ort. Am Wochenende Live Musik.

Leckeres Essen, leckerer Met, sehr freundliche Leute, cooles Ambiente, absolut zu empfehlen!
