Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg

What an amazing place. It’s just outstanding. Evening meal was so so exquisite, maybe a little too fine dinning for me but if you like to fine dinning you’r definitely NOT going to be disappointed. No idea where you get your waiting staff, but they are so well trained and impeccably attentive, they definitely make you feel you’re special. The hotel itself is just way above expectations , it’s beautiful .

The castle and the tuin is beautiful with a lake and clean blue sky.
We went to the reception to ask for bath and they give us nice explanation. What’s more, we met a bad incident in the room however the ladies are kind and warm and give us a free bottle of wine. What’s more, all the service was quick and satisfying providing room change, explanations, waiting at every reception desk providing good service, little gifts and picking up calls.
The room and the atmosphere are very elegant and sophisticated. The people are so chill and nice that they give a warm and first class service which makes your hotel experience more refreshing and rewarding.

This place is a real life fairytale- so authentic, very cosy and it breathes history and arts! We stayed for the Christmas night, including gastronomic dinner with bubbles. But especially loved the huge Christmas tree in the lobby and sitting by the fireplace. Loved the spa too! And the real art in the room

This place is absolutely magical I had such an amazing stay the staff are great and welcoming and the building and landscape is beautiful. The restaurant was incredible the best diner I have had, highly recommend staying here I will be back :)

We stayed at the Landgoed for two nights. The appearance is very authentic, just like on the pictures. The service was very nice. We were especially charmed by the spa. The saunas and relaxing area were very clean and stylish, it was a nice atmosphere. The breakfast offered a broad variety of options, a great start for a walk into the nearby woods.

An absolutely stunning location hidden away in a quaint and quiet, wooded, patch of the Netherlands. The rooms were cozy, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was worth every euro. Whether exploring the kilometers of walking trail or sipping a cocktail by the fire with a good book, you will leave Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg relaxed and refreshed. This wonderful experience unfortunately started off my last trip to the Netherlands. I say unfortunately because it set the bar so high nearly every other stay came up lackluster in comparison.

This place is absolutely amazing! It's beautiful and peaceful ! The service is perfect, the communication is on point and I keep dreaming about the food ! I highly recommend both the chefs menu and the a la carte dishes !!!

A beautifully appointed hotel with classic decor and old world charm. NOTE::: This is not for people are looking for a modern room - but this was perfect for us as each room is authentically decorated in neo classical decor. The building and common areas are all beautiful and perfect in every way. It was such a pleasure to stay some place that isn’t decorated in IKEA inspired bland modernity!!! The downstairs dining area and lounge are renovated but very tasteful. While we only had breakfast we really the food. All staff were very professional and friendly and the spa area provided for a very relaxing experience.

This is a beautiful facility in a stunning setting. The architects did an excellent job of designing modern and comfortable lodging and conference facility while preserving the rural charm of this building.

Beautiful estate yet modern hotel rooms, brasserie and meeting facilities. Classic rooms available as well but I have not used these. The modern rooms are in the lower part of the building and decorated in lodge style. We had lunch served in the garden which is an excellent break if you're in a meeting all day. The standard lunch served is more than enough and delicious. Situated in beautiful nature, great for a walk, run or cycling tour. Staff is extremely service oriented and friendly.

If you are looking for a relaxing stay in quiet and gorgeous surroundings, this is the place to be.

Wonderful experience at this location. Fabulous sauna, and the perfect massage. As always, there was delicious food for every meal.

Be in a dream state as a King. One of the least known superb hotel and restaurant. Warning: reservations are a requirement. Also just for a meal. Very nice young staff with real smiles and joy in their work.

What a lovely place. Hotel and restaurant are great. Spa is a bit of a disappointment to be honest but that was because we expected a swimming pool there. Gardens and surroundings are beautiful.loved the art that is placed around the pond and the little seating area's. Definently would visit again.

Hotel in stunning castle right next to the Kennemerduinen national park. All rooms in the castle seem to have a unique style and the grounds around the castle are great for cycling and walks. Very good breakfast at the hotel as well. Bicycles and e-bikes available for hire which were convenient.

It is a gorgeous place. We went there on Whit Monday. Every year there is an event for "Pinkster". Good music nice stalls and lovely nature. Hotel itself is also very nice, don't forget to visit the rooms in the ground floor.

I LOVED Duin & Kruidberg! This hidden gem is so beautiful and precious - perfect for a romantic getaway. Situated in the beautiful nature reserve of the Kennemerduinen this gorgeous house-castle has anything you could possibly wish for - splendid views, fantastic dinners and delicious breakfasts. The rooms are spotless and unique, the beds are perfect and the service is on point.

Do note: don't get fooled into booking a cheap room. These rooms may be cheaper but they're not located in the actual house but in a nearby wing, and they're definitely not as stylish and beautiful.
