PeperZout HAARLEM Turks Mediterraans Restaurant

We had our Saturday brunch there and went for ‘Peperzout Serpme’. Was an excellent choice with different savoury and sweet varieties. All ingredients were fresh, freshly cooked/ baked. We loved the tapas & menemen (don’t forget to share your dietary restrictions 😊). Service was very fast and friendly. The prices were very reasonable. Great atmosphere, clean facilities. Must try when you are around

Everything was beyond delicious! Definitely go for haydari, karides guvec and the borek with white cheese. For everything you see and shared baklava we paid only 60 euro. Definitely a hidden gem, we will be back soon 👏

Nice restaurant in the new build Marsmanplein.
Grab some finger food/tapas as an appetizer followed by meat or fish and desert.
Bring your baby along as diapers can be swapped. Even the man can do this. Excellent.

We arrived there on a Saturday afternoon with no reservation, the host did an amazing job getting us a table for an hour and a half. Food was fantastic, we tried both soups which were delicious as well. The Adana kebab is on a league of its own, it will be my go to food next time I’m here. Do yourself a favor and visit this place, you won’t regret it!

Tosti was made with Turkish bread and sucuk, very delicious and crispy.

The chicken in cream sauce was great, creamy, cheesy and tasty.

Delicious meal, kind staff and a great atmosphere. We had burgers, salmon from the oven, adana, and marinated grilled lamb. I can recommend all! Service was quick and efficient.

Love this place: delicious food, service with a smile and a good ambiance. Worth a detour - do reserve as it is very popular. The food is Mediterranean- Turkish, fresh with bags of taste.

Satisfying and affordable breakfast. Mixed breakfast is €16,50 per person and you can't even finish it. The staff was helpful. Highly recommended!

We have been frequent visitors of this place and every time the experience is just amazing. The food is delicious and the service is always upto the mark.

On Valentine's Day, we sat down in the restaurant. We hadn't been since the renovation, so I was out of town.... The caramel coffee was delicious, maybe the best I've had so far. The marinated chicken with mushroom sauce and the other dishes were very, very delicious. Nice service, very clean environment, I can only recommend it, try it,,,,

We tried the breakfast at Peper Zout & really liked it. The amound is sufficient and what is offered is tasty.

We went there for breakfast as a group of 4 adults and 3 children. The ambiance was nice and cozy. The food was tasty and fairly priced. I would suggest here anyone that wants to experience a well prepared Turkish breakfast.

A local favourite they are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and takeaway. Sometimes I go just for a glass of wine it's so 'gezellig'. Very busy in winter as there is no outdoor seating in winter (plenty in summer) so make sure you call ahead if you definitely want to go. One time they forgot my order and lied about it but I think that was someone who was new. I'll always go back as the food is so good.

Service is great, all the staf is polite and smiling - not comparible standard restaurants here in NL. We really enjoyed our night, I believe there is room for improvement foodwise but it is really hard to find a better place in Haarlem. We’ll be regulars from now on.

It was my first time at a Turkish restaurant and I've loved everything. We decided to try the place because it looked good from reviews and pics, and we for sure weren't disappointed. We ate a Mix Grill in two (you could also eat it on your own, it depends on how hungry you are) in order to try a bit of everything. The meat was excellent and perfectly spiced and savoured. The lamb was delicious! Also the salad and the pita were so tasty and the spicy sauce was just unbelievably good. Then I had a Baklava and if you love pistachio you must try it. It tastes amazing! The cheesecake was really good as well! Finally we try the traditional Turkish liqueur, the rakish, which we loved. The service was caring and real nice and we loved being there. Prices are perfect for what you eat, the place is cool and comfortable. Definitely recommended!
