In 2013 is de vader van mijn zoon overleden. De administratie van de stamrecht van zijn vader werd gedaan door Smit Velsen B.V.
Na het overlijden is gebleken dat onterecht kosten in rekening zijn gebracht door Hr. Smit. Tevens is door de belastingdienst een boete opgelegd ad 2.500 euro vanwege het niet inleveren van de jaarstukken. Dit terwijl de kosten voor het maken van de jaarstukken wel aan Hr. Smit zijn betaald.
Kortom: mijn zoon heeft nog ruim 5.000 euro tegoed van Hr. Smit.
Ondanks diverse mails en verzoeken is hier geen gehoor aan gegeven.

About IJmuiden
City in the Netherlands

IJmuiden is a port city in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is the main town in the municipality of Velsen which lies mainly to the south-east. Including its large sea locks, it straddles the mouth of the North Sea Canal to Amsterdam. To the south it abuts a large reserve of plant-covered dunes, the Zuid-Kennemerland National Park.
