Sixt Autoverhuur Eindhoven Airport

I picked up the car from Eindhoven Airport late in the evening. The customer service was the best I've ever had from a car hire company.
So many times car hire companies add charges for this and that, but these guys are completely transparent. No hidden insurance or petrol charges.
Roy, who dealt with our pickup was extremely helpful and seriously, could sideline as a customer service trainer.
Very happy with the experience and will now be using Sixt as my go-to for any hire cars. We also got a free upgrade which was a brand new Peugeot 308 Estate. Nice car.

I usually avoid these commercial rental companies when I rent a car, but since this wasn't a vacation destination, I didn't have much of a choice. When I compared the conditions and the price against other rental companies in the city, it was the best choice. In addition, in sixt, a debit card was enough for me and I was able to purchase full insurance. The pick-up process took about a few minutes, I received the keys from the parking space number, and the return of the vehicle was also quick. The vehicle was brand new, with perfect equipment, so I recommend it 100% :)

Hertz had messed up my booking and had no available cars left. I was helped by Isaam on the Sixt desk with car very professional and going me going really quickly! The service was so good that I will now be using Sixt on my future visits! Thank you Isaam 🙏

Some feedback: I wish the instructions for returning the car were more clear. As in which entrance of the parking garage to use and where exactly it is located. I was confused and tried three different spots. If douane wouldn’t notice me struggling and help I would possibly search for 15 mins just for the right entrance.

Had only debit card, still was able to rent an automatic gear car. It was Link&Go 01, god condition. Paid 35EUR for ensurance, probably could have skipped that, but this was first rental, wanted to will safe. Deposit of 500 EUR was returned in 2 days, full amount. Extremely nice staff

Booked a lucky car option, got a new Audi A3 including automatic gearbox and GPS. First was a bit disappointed, becouse the car was dirty, but the guy at the desk was so kind, offered 25 euro refund and washed the car himself (since the car wash was already closed). A good example of how to solve a problem to the greatest satisfaction of the customer. The car return was simple and super friendly.

Helpful staff good cars good choices and for me the most importeert the have electric cars so you can chose for not just one they have a loot and in good condition for good price 👍☑

Solange was awesome! She helped us to the process of renting a car immediately from the airport and gave us the best offer. Even if the price is higher than at the other car rental companies, it’s worth every cent!

Pick-up was extra fast, while other providers had long queues sixt employee was moving fast through everyone.

Return was also easy, just parked at the same parking where you took it from and bring the keys to the employee at the counter.

There were no extra charges and they didn’t push some extra services on me. Very friendly sixt employee Vincent i think his name was.

I am more than satisfied with service. I have rented a stunning Mini Cabrio for 1 week. The car was in great condition. I appreciate the clear rental conditions, plus the big advantage is that they approve debit cards. Return of the car was simple as possible, just like pick up. Just keep in mind to return the vehicle in good condition, clean and with full tank as it stated in rental agreement. Many thanks for great service and no hidden rules.

The branch at Eindhoven Airport was quick and easy to find. Thanks to the possibility of online booking and check-in, the pick-up was smooth and super fast! The Sixt staff was lovely and helpful, both at pick-up and return (especially Mr. Roozen at pick-up). I was also happy that Sixt accepts debit cards (some of the other rental companies accept only credit cards and not everyone owns a credit card, duh!). Also the deposit was not as high as with other rental companies. Even though I booked a car from the Mini category, I got an upgrade for Hyundai Kona. The car was brand new, with full tank, no prior damage and super comfortable. It was such a pleasure to drive it that I didn't even want to give it back! :D The only small issue was that the address of the nearest petrol station didn't quite match with the car's GPS which took me to obscure places instead. But I managed to find it after all! Due to getting lost around the petrol station and due to heavy traffic around the airport, I returned the car almost 45 minutes late - but there was no problem with it, no extra fees. Overall, I was very satisfied with the rental! I would recommend Sixt to everyone and use their services again when needed :)

Excellent service and attention to customer's needs.
I had reserved an electric car but neglected to specify the correct arrival time. As a result, the car prepared for me was still on charging. Not to keep me waiting, Sixt offered me what was available, a bigger car for the same money. Needles to say, I was delighted, and everything else worked as it was supposed to. Great job guys, I'll keep coming!

Great experience abroad. Staff was very friendly and patient. We grabbed the car at one location and dropped off at another with complete ease. If sixt is an option the next time I rent they have earned my business

I made my reservation by phone in Bulgaria. My reservation was made by Denitsa from the central office in Sofia. She was extremely kind and answered all my questions. I will definitely trust her again. Vincent met in the Eindhoven office. Extremely kind again. He gave all the guidelines and necessary information for our stay in the Netherlands. Excellent attitude. I recommend.

Love the stuff that is working there. Solange is my favorite, always smiling and ready to help. Also brand new cars for reasonable price.
