Helaas verkeerde accu. Een mailtje was genoeg! Terug gestuurd en binnen een week het geld retour!

Prima levering gehad. Alles was netjes optijd binnen gekomen. Voor zulke lage prijzen heb ik wel paar dagen extra geduld :)

I ordered a replacement battery (from the company's batteryupgrade.gr site) for my Toshiba laptop. It arrived (in Greece) in 10 days. The battery is exactly what my laptop needed! Overall, I am very pleased with the transaction. I had two questions regarding tracking and delivery time and they were quickly answered via email.

In mijn geval gaan de slechte recensies niet op. Levering duurde iets langer dan verwacht/opgegeven, maar kreeg netjes T&T code en werd meerdere keren geïnformeerd over de status van de zending. Toch het artikel helaas moeten retourneren, maar ook daar ging het contact redelijk vloeiend zonder reminders te hoeven sturen. Ook snel een ontvangstbevestiging ontvangen van het geretourneerde artikel en geld snel terug ontvangen. Hopelijk kunnen ze deze stijgende lijn vasthouden.

For Norge kommer toll og oppkrav i tillegg. Sendte mail til firmaet med spørsmål om dette, men den fikk jeg aldri svar på. 300Nok ekstra for støvsugerposer gjør at jeg like så godt kunne kjøpt dem her.

Ich hatte Ersatzakku für Saugroboter bestellt und im Internet dort das Modell und den zu bestellenden Akku benannt. Es wurde ein nicht passender Akku geliefert. Nach Schilderung des Fehlers sollte ich den falschen Akku zum Umtausch zurücksenden. Nun musste ich aber zu meiner Verärgerung das Porto 10,99 € tragen. Zwei Wochen später wurde der richtige Akku geliefert.
Aufgrund dieses Verhaltens kann ich keine Empfehlung für BraunOni geben

So a good SCAM, it seems as the website is still online.

Sold me a battery that spontanously caught fire after a year. Laptop completely destroyed, a 2018 Razer Blade, not to mention the health risks. Avoid at all costs.

Customers from Ireland - BEWARE!

I ordered a battery for Garmin Fenix ​​5 smartwatch.
The package arrived from the Netherlands to Ireland in approximately 2 weeks.
When I opened the package, I saw that one of the cables coming from the battery was broken.
Testing with a multimeter confirmed the fact that there is no voltage in the battery due to a damaged cable.
I contacted batteryupgrade.ie technical support who offered a replacement / refund, but only on condition that I send the battery back at my expense first.
Well, if the battery is defective, why should I pay for the return shipping (even if I get a refund later)?
Battery shipping internationally by An Post Ireland is prohibited, and shipping by a courier costs more than ordering a new battery, so I am stuck and any attempt to get the shipping label from batteryupgrade or just simply receive a refund meets with an evasive response from the company. I have asked for a refund three times and each time I received a reply saying "I am unable to answer your email and therefore I have forwarded your email to my colleague. My colleague is more capable regarding this matter and we will provide an answer to your case within a few working days. "

So I ordered a replacement battery for a Samsung lite 3, one month ago, July the 4th. ( today Aug 2nd }
NO battery so far, will try and get refund through paypal think my chances are slim. Should have read the reviews first.
