First time renting a car so was nervous. No need because sunny cars offers a good booking experience, online platform to consult with clear information and easy features to update information work well. Arrival with partner in Spain (Holle Hellis) was perfect and smooth both at pickup and drop off. Would 100% use again as it exceeded my expectations in service for this price!

You've met all your promises! Picking up the car was easy: pick up at the airport with mini van with quick transport to rental company and followed by a quick administration service at the rental desk, made the process easy. Also the 'take in' procedure (outside working hours!) was easy...

The car was in perfect condition, no problems by the getting and returning it. Everything was ok, thus no info about dealing with problems.
The reservation of the visa amount was released in a week instead of in a month.
One question: Why is not allowed to visit other islands with a ferry!?

Overall good hassle free experience. Want to be as ensured 'as you can get' without feeling pushed and sold needles things? Go with Sunny Cars. It was our 4th time renting from sunny. We had 3 cars from Alamo and this time it was Enterprise. They did try to sell us more insurance at pick-up once but you just tell them no and that's it. (The sunny cars voucher explicitly states you shouldn't sign or pay anything extra). At enterprise our security deposit was 400 instead of the 100 we were told it would be by sunny Cars. Will rent here again.

We went for the all-in formula from Palma airport. The car was provided by Hertz, everything was prepared when we arrived at the desk, no questions asked. A minor problem with the car (battery of the remote nearly empty), was solved by a Hertz employee within 5 minutes. Very good experience, will certainly consider Sunny Cars again next time.

Got to the airport desk of Hertz. It was a nice surprise to hear Sunnycars had a special offer and gave me for almost no money an upgrade. Will definitely rent at sunnycars again!

I would like to advise Sunny Cars (and Car Gest Malaga) as a reliable and very flexible companies. I had made a reservation for a car in Malaga. Due to illness I did not cancel my car reservation on time. I only noticed that I did not cancel it until after my reservation period. Sunny Cars/ Car Gest was flexible enough to refund the renting cost after explanation of what had happened.

Many car renting companies (also large ones) get negative reviews. Sunny Cars is most often getting good reviews (and to my experience for good reasons). I would advice anyone to use Sunny Cars for their service and reliability!

So easy to arrange the car rental from back home, knowing everything is covered. Everything included, easy to say no to the on site rental service when they try to sell you additional stuff.

We had an amazingly beautiful trip through Ireland, driving a Renault Clio. A fine car, suitable for driving on the small Irish roads. During pick-up, we received clear explanations about the toll system in Dublin, and the other toll roads. A very nice employee helped us. Returning the car was a bit tricky, as the gate was closed during the day. This could have been mentioned a bit more clearly as far as we were concerned. Next time we will definitely book through Sunnycars again. Everything is always well organised.

After difficult experiences in previous years, it seems that renting a car from sunnycars is simply nice. No attempt was made to sell me extra insurance and I did not have to pay a deposit. Apparently everything was arranged well in advance and all we had to do was pick up the keys. Pleased.

We've rented an all-inclusive rental car through SunnyCars for our recent USA road trip from Las Vegas to Denver. Our reservation included an extra driver option, the GPS option (which came in very handy), and the full-paid option. The rental process was seamless, and the car was in excellent condition when we picked it up. Moreover, we've got a free update on the car class. We appreciated the all-inclusive pricing model, which meant that we didn't have to worry about any hidden fees or unexpected charges. The car performed well throughout our trip, and we had no issues with it whatsoever. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience renting from SunnyCars and would definitely use them again in the future.

Very fast service and correct prices. We had to request several last-minute adjustments due to rebookings of our flights (extra day's rental, different drop-off location) and this was adjusted within 48 hours by sending 1 email.
We booked a VW polo 4dr or equivalent and got a Renault Capture which was almost new and in perfect condition. No extras are necessary in terms of insurance, because Sunny Cars provides everything, even though local rental companies try to squeeze in extras.

Easy pickup of the car keys at Dublin airport. Terminal 2. A short walk to the parking garage where the car was ready, all clean. Very easy.

Booked car rental in Italy (Naples) with Sunny Cars and received timely and clear information. They work together with local rental companies and search for the best prices so you won't always receive a car through the same rental company. Nevertheless, the information is clearly communicated to you. We also were covered by very good ensurance and a free additional driver. The rental company on site didn't ask any other questions and seemed familiar with the process. Car was very good and we had the feeling that if issues arose (which they didn't) we could call Sunny Cars for support.

Nothing but praise. I wanted to rent a car in Croatia and got concerned by the review of rental car sites. I particularly liked Sunny Cars' claim of a worry-free experience. Their reviews on independent sites seemed to confirm this. All true. Easy booking procedure; correct documentation and clear guidance; low deposit relative to other car rental companies. On top of that a user-friendly website that functions well. I felt well-covered for any damage. I didn't get any damage to the car, buit for any next trip where I want to rent a car I won't think twice and will go to Sunny Cars again.
