I have rented vehicles from this location 3 times over the course of 2020 and it was simple. As an international there was little difficulties with the paper work and payment. I always got a complimentary upgrade (this might be related to the time of day as I would be there close to opening hours). There is complimentary coffee and tea available as you wait for your vehicle to be ready. Dropping off after hours is simple and there is a bike stand on the property.

Nice place to get car for rental. Very easy and fast to get the car and return process is also very nice. Must go for it if you want to have car for rent at least give a try. Early it was closed on Sundays but now it is open on Sunday as well which is very good.

I rented a car from Europcar and it was the best renting experience I ever had. They didn't try to sell me a extra injurance or anything. All people was super friendly and helpful. I definitely will come back!

Excellent customer service, very friendly staff. There prices are excellent. One things, make sure you check the car for damage before you drive off, I did and found out that it was damaged even there checklist says it is not!!! The unlimited millage is a plus compared to other companies
