Hotel NH Den Haag

Fantastic hotel, the rooms were brilliant, very comfortable, good size and excellent facilities. The staff were welcoming and the location is good. Would recommend.

Excellent customer service and breakfast. The breakfast is very good, but the most positive thing was the dedication and friendliness of the staff. I enjoyed my stay in this Den Haag location. One thing I would improve is the beds: they were a bit hard, with the springs being felt. Maybe a mattress topper could improve the quality of sleep. Other than that, the room was well appointed, a water cooker was present, and the hotel offered drink vouchers if cleaning was skipped on a day.

A comfortable, clean and friendly hotel, just a few minutes walk from the town centre and train station. Food was also very good for breakfast as well as dinner.

15 minutes walk from Haag central station. Receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. Room and bathroom are super clean!

Excellent hotel within a few minutes walk of the train station and centre. Wonderful service and food plus the best caesar salad, I've had in years.

Felt the into room light a bit weak for my sight .. otherwise it's a very good hotel.

I had a great night in the restaurant, the service from Lars was amazing.

Visited for a weekend trip and it's a little bit out of the town centre but transport links were excellent with a tram stop 200 metres away and only one stop to central station which is the main transport hub in the city.

The hotel was clean and efficient with a good breakfast and friendly efficient staff. The room was good with a decent desk, good shower and a comfortable bed and it was very quite with no disturbances. The bar was fine for a basic food offering and a few drinks if you don't feel like venturing out. Not much to do in the vicinity of the hotel but we knew that when booking. I'd gladly stay here again.

Great rooms, great breakfast and the views from the top floors are a solid 10/10.

The staff, especially Brianna Sarah is very helpfull to me and my friend. She friendly speaking english to us when another staff seems do not really care about us (maybe because we can not speak Deutsch?)

Big nice but expensive hotel. Good location near the metro station. Several shops including coffee shop and restaurant can be found downstairs. Some troubles with elevator if you go upstairs because of plastic card. Cleaning could be better especially in bathroom after previous guests. Generally can recommend

I travelled during 1st week of Nov with my family (2 small kids). We had taken Junior suite and it was indeed very spacious and clean.
The main attraction is the location. The best possible location and near by few shops like spar etc. The tram is just few mins walk.

I have called up the reception multiple times and they always answered my queries with smile and very positive atmosphere. Thanks to the whole receptions who made our stay special.

There is parking option as well in WTC. Overall very good hotel and staffs.

We always choose NH hotel as the first priority. The staff in Hague is very friendly and considerate. Although the heater doesn't work well, they solved that very fast. I forgot to write the memo that I wanted a lower floor room and they helped us to change the room in a lower floor. It is very impressed. The hotel room is nice and big enough. A highlight is that they have water cook which is very friendly to Asian guests. Very good facility generally. I would recommend that.

Room was a little cold for a Texan but Kevin at the bar made up for it. Fantastic service!

The staff, from front desk to room cleaners, are friendly and make you feel welcome and also the facilities are clean. I have been there several times and the experience has always been great. I highly recommend it.
