I was here on 3rd December 2023 to purchase the IPhone 15 Pro Max. Something happened and i was totally displeased. The Manager, Robert, came around and spoke with me, while apologising he assured me my experience the next day would be different. Guess what, upon my return the next day, Robert himself took the time to attend to me every step of the way, and making up for the mishap of the previous day in a way that was even beyond my imagination. This is to say thank you especially to Robert for your consideration and professionalism. When next am in Den Haag, I sure will pop in

I’ve been experiencing troubles with deleting storage off of my laptop to download the new update so I decided to swing by today to see if I could (maybe) get some help.

The staff were so willing to help and even offered me to have a seat + a charger while I waited for the update to install.

Tried to purchase Applecare+ for my Mac mini. Couldn't call Apple on their 0800 (toll free) number. Decided to call any Apple store in the Netherlands so they could (maybe) help me. Nina answered the phone and she deserves a promotion. Very calm and helpfull girl, her willingness to help is next level.

Good customer service. Does get quite busy at times so sometimes it’s hard to find the representative if you need any help, but once you do they provide great service. I came in with a foldable bike and they offered to keep an eye on it for me whilst I was getting my iPad serviced, which is a nice attention to detail. To make things more smooth make sure you have an appointment if you are coming for some tech support.

Great service even by not recommending me to change the back of the cracked back camera.
Beware. Iphone 14 Pro Max back camera cracks easier than previous 12 or 13. Low Sapphire quality. Use lens protector.

Beautiful both indoor & outdoor architecture!!

I visited this apple outlet today with an intention to get information regarding Ipad pro and MacBook pro. I was greeted well by the store employee and asked what products I am interested in. Upon understanding my requirements the employee helped me make a choice based on my priority and set of tasks that I intend to perform on these devices. The employee was very soft spoken and gave me time to think about what I really want to buy. I asked for student benefits upon which the employee provided the discounted costs. I highly rate this place as I was made very comfortable by the staff. They were quick and do posses all the technicalities about the products and do not hesitate to allow you to make a well reasoned decision.

The stores interior are super. It is located in the passage which has quite a heritage vibe. The courtyard in the center provides ambient light throughout the day and you can actually sit and experience the products.

We have been looking for a specific model in various Apple reseller's store, and no one had the phone we wanted.
We got to the Haag apple store and we got a quick and efficient service and exactly the model we wanted.

Great customer service. I came to the store to buy the screen protector. Stanley - the employee took extra effort to make sure that the screen protector is put on perfectly.

My computer screen broke so I needed to get a repair ASAP. I called up the phone number and instantly got a reservation a few hours later. I got in exactly at the time mentioned, and the tech support Genius Bar employee was extremely helpful, efficient and explained everything in detail with simplicity.
