Camping Duinhorst

Really well organized. All routes are well signed.
We arrived 2 hours later due to traffic jams but the reception kept ope, waited for us and other guests.
The place is tidy and spacious. Parking is no problem at all.
Water supply and wastewater disposal within the pitch, which is really comfortable.
Good location. You can reach Rotterdam and Amsterdam in 30 minutes, The Hague in 10 minutes.
Also the price is fair. We paid 120 euro for 4 nights including power supply.
This was the best camping we experienced.

We were for about 5 day, the place is easy to find with Google Maps. In all the place is really quite and nice at least where we were camping.

So in general the toilets are always clean, people say you need to pay 50 cent to shower however this is only if you need or want to have warm water with it. Make sure you have exactly 50 cent coin while the machine takes only 50 cent, pay in the machine to exchange it for a token. After you have this token you place it the cabin number you want to take a shower and you will have 6 min warm water. You can pause the warm water 2 times. If you don't need warm water just jump in the shower and enjoy.

There is WiFi but you need to pay for it but it's free at the restaurant. There is also a Minimarket which just the essential stuff, so don't expect any like a big store. You can get some bread for breakfast, milk, coffee and stuff like that. There is also a small vending machine beside the store in case you forget to get some drinks ( it takes coin only) .

The entrance is close after 11pm but only for the car's, if you come with bike is always open.
The best way to move around I'll say is with bike. City Center is not so far away, the beach is also fast reach by bike.
Pets aren't not allow.

Besides that well the personal was always very helpful and we will definitely recommend it.

Excellent campground.Reasonably priced. Soft grass, spacious sites, spotless facilities and helpful management in the reception, shop and restaurant. Surrounded by excellent cycling paths and parkland. Highly recommended.

They make room for touring cyclists and I have stayed a few times. The staff is very helpful with map and directions to Den Hague and the seaside. The facilities were excellent so it was not bad that we had to hole up there for an extra (rainy) day. If we get there again we will certainly stay there again.

I stayed 1 night there, on my cycling tour, I was really glad that I picked this one! It has a supérette, a bar, a pool... I had my tent and had plenty of space to set it. It has spaces with trees, some without... Very helpful at the reception, I would recommend!

Stayed 6 nights and visited The Hague everyday. The only negative was the flock of craws in the trees (thus not in the middle section). Some search for food on your camper/caravan roof starting from sunrise, every day again. No alarm clock needed to wake you up when a craw lands and walks over the roof...

Great campsite with excellent onsite facilities including restaurant and a well stocked shop for essentials including those camping items you forgot. Great cycling routes, park close by for walks and of course Den Haag fir sightseeing.

Lovely clean campsite with big pitches. They do not allow dogs which is a extra attraction to those of us that don’t want to sleep, or have our children play, in a dog toilet. It is a 15 minute walk to the bus stop for buses into The Hague. The buses are expensive but you can pay using a contactless card.

Great site.... Very helpful.... Nice clean and well maintained facilities including kids play area. Take a bike though. We hired (reasonably priced) and visited The Hague and the beach. Shop had limited opening but sold fresh bread. Wifi was hit and miss. Thoroughly recommended.

Good camping area in trees. Good facilities and well organised. 20 min cycle to excellent beach. Restaurant on site was welcome

Nice camping with nice people. There is a shop which was friendly to open after closing hours. Nice swimming pool with simple Corona rules. Really nice camping plots with a lot of privacy and room.

Lots of permanent campers but also nice arreas for tents. Very clean facilities. Sadly, the pool was closed when we stayed there.
