A lot of difficulties with working with the Amsterdam office and while working with their most senior qualified accountant. Many problems with basic communications – confirmed paperwork was in order for 2019 taxes yet received additional and unnecessary Belasting interest in the hundreds of euros as the documents weren’t filed in time only and only to find out via a Belasting notification.
Issues were blamed on internal system problems which created further delays in errors in VAT returns – then lead to paying €2200 in a later tax filing - leaving my finances in difficulties. Finally was forced to change accountants, even this process wasn’t managed with ethical professionalism (as had to pay upfront for documents before they were finished or approved).

Was told many times that I was too much effort as a customer for them, despite all the errors made by their internal teams. I however paid the same monthly fee as every other customer yet did not receive the service that I paid for. There are plenty of other companies that are set up with simple, advanced and transparent systems and friendly knowledgeable staff and lower monthly rates – would advise you search use them in the first instance.

Al een half jaar bijna wekelijks bezig contact te krijgen met accountant Nelleke Hogeterp, maar totaal geen reactie.
Ja we bellen je terug, maar dat gebeurt niet.
Klanten contact is een vies woord daar denk ik.
Als je van je klant af wil, zeg dat dan duidelijk!

Onprofessioneel bedrijf. Meerdere malen contact opgenomen per mail en telefonisch tot nu toe geen reactie.

Info komt nog als ik geen gedegen reactie heb ontvangen.
