Great service! Went down to check out a keyboard for my son. The guy who helped us was customer-focused, patient and listened very well to our needs. His advice was very helpful and we bought the best fit. Happy with our purchase!

Bought a guitar and amplifier (with other supplementary equipments) a week ago and just heard that it will be finally delivered next week. So the whole delivery process takes 2 weeks yet they announced in their website it would only take a day.

I bought it for the Christmas gift and thank you for letting me have a great Christmas without a gift! It was pleasant to use your service and never see you again.

Hopefully, the refund will be correctly received in time for once.

I went to the offline mall and the workers were kind to help the current situation. I would recommend people to visit the offline mall rather than using online mall if the distance is feasible. According to other reviews, people seem to encounter the similar problems as I had previously, which is majorly from DHL post office. Workers are very professional as I was recommended with a new amplifier and guitar and I am very satisfied with this choice.

Again, the problem is usually occurred from DHL. Go to the offline mall if possible.

Nice place to find music staffs

I was in the shop today seeking for electrical piano, the lady over there helped me so much and guided me so well...I really liked the store and I think they had a wide range of products to try in the shop as well.

Awesome shop, ever since “feedback” was closed. It bit harder too reach and it is next to a house. You can drive into their frive way for parking.
Great collection of guitars pianos and audio visual equipment.

I have ordered various products online at Bax Shop, both for the school I work in as a music teacher and for my own personal use as a musician. I can’t say anything other than that their service is excellent, delivery time super fast, they are transparent on items that have perhaps been delayed (so far only Corona-related), and their prices are very competitive. All in all a very reliable and a shop that I will keep coming back to. Great job!

Not a big fan of music shops. But in this one I feel comfortable. I had a previous good experience in the Goes shop. This shop was even better. Great selection and nice people. I highly recommend!

Biggest online shop in The Netherlands and region. Flexible policies to try instruments in their brick and mortar stores. Good staff, everything musical instruments and related, facilities to try instruments, parking lot and relatively easy to reach from the highway, and flexible and service oriented.

After key music moved to their new location in Rotterdam, their atmosphere or ambiance was gone.
So I went to Bax to see what they had in store. And boy, did i walk into a pleasant surprise.
A super cozy store, with friendly staff. And basically every piece of music equipment you can think of all under one roof.

Best big music store in town. The place is cozy and fill up with good options for guitar. You have space to try things you like in a reserved way and there is a nice staff (built my home studio based on the help and patience of the guy who works there). It is my go-to place whenever I want to fell inspired or looking for some new gear.

Nice shop and got helped very well by the guitar specialist. After the purchase of a new Gretsch Hollowbody Guitar and amp i decided to also bring my Fender acoustic for new strings and neck adjustment. Very happy with the work he did and it feels like it is new again
