Thermen Barendrecht

Nice wellness resort. We visited on a Tuesday in February 2023, to avoid too many visitors during the weekend. Then plenty of availability of saunas, steam baths and indoor and outdoor pools. Nice public and staff. We also had scrub massage and Turkish steam bath treatments. All really nice. We felt quite at ease and left relaxed. Be aware, in Netherlands it is fully normal to enjoy the resort in the nude. You can rent towels and bathrobe and get slippers or bring your own.

Nice thermal baths around 1 hour 10 minutes away from Rotherdam by public transport. There's a great choice of jacuzzis (1 indoors, 3 outdoors), a good-sized heated in/outdoor pool, a lovely hot salt bath outdoors and a decent number of different-themed saunas. Aufguss sessions are organised every hour starting at 13.30 on the weekends but for the Japan-themed Saturday on 16 December there was one every 30 minutes alternating between the Kelo and salt saunas. Friendly service all around. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to return.

Being here two times. It was not crowded in neither of my visits. Friendly staff.

A small but very luxurious wellness resort with a good kitchen and an excellent aufguss offer. Excellent place to visit after a long workday, if a tad on the pricy side. Still, heartily recommended.

Is really made next level after renovate and feel more exlusive , not so many people as usually in the other resorts . you can really enjoy your time in peace ✔✔

Very nice place with allot of themed bats and saunas. Very gentle atmosphere.staff was kind will come back!! We also took a massage at beauty center and was suprised by the profsionalism.though the massage room looked a bit to much like a dentist.

Great place, just the right size, never too busy. They have a good selection of amenities and the staff are excellent!

Perfect

Een prachtige sauna met alle denkbare faciliteiten. Ik vind het een beetje jammer dat er zo vaak een slechte beoordeling wordt gegeven n.a.v. het gedrag van sommige gasten, terwijl dat niet over de kwaliteit van de sauna gaat.
Wij hebben er veel kunnen ontdekken en hebben ook heerlijk geluncht in het restaurant, dat wel aardig prijzig is, maar ook erg goed en vers. Al met al een grote maar erg goede maar prijzige sauna waarvan de keuken Michelin aspiraties lijkt te hebben, maar als je het er voor over hebt eerst online kijken voor korting, op tijd reserveren en lekker gaan.

Vandaag voor het eerst samen met mijn moeder naar Thermen Barendrecht geweest.
Wat een heerlijke dag was dit.

- Genoten van een Detox behandeling.
- Vriendelijk personeel.
- Mooie, rustige sauna.
- Veel gratis sessies waar je aan mee kunt doen, zoals een klankschalensessie.
- Horeca is wat aan de prijzige kant maar ook dat was genieten..
