Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Eindhoven Airport

Very nice staff , the car was very clean and new. The whole process of renting the car and giving it back was really fast and easy and didn't have any problems.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise Mobility from June 13th to June 18th, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and I was particularly impressed with the after-hours return, which was seamless and hassle-free.

Very nice service at Alamo Eindhoven airport. The check in staff was friendly and courteous. The new trainee from Portugal was professional and so was her trainer. The car was new and nice too. I would highly recommend. 2mins walk just outside the airport in the rental car companies zone. Often rental car services are pedantic but this was failry smooth to be honest. Thanks again :))

After reading the comments of all the car rental companies in the airport area, I was quite nervous and had some concerns. But Corrado in enterprise office was very helpful in everything. He gave sufficient information on many subjects such as vehicle, road, rules, weather conditions. He gave info about the extra insurance, he did not insist on insurance and upgraded our vehicle to a higher segment. Most importantly, he was always smiling. Overall, I left the office with 10/10 satisfaction. I picked up the vehicle and left it clean and there was no deduction from the deposit. Thank you Corrado, I will definitely book my next car rental with you again.

Smooth and fast administration, no pressure about additional insurance. Cars within easy walking distance from offices. Received new car with 14 km. Return very smooth, parked car and returned keys to the office. Staff very welcoming and professional.

We rented a car from Enterprise @ Eindhoven airport. A person at helpdesk was cooperative. Unfortunately car's engine started making funny sound on day 3, when we were in Germany. Enterprise Call Centre helped us to return the car and booked a taxi for my family to reach to nearest airport to get replacement vehicle. Person @ Koln airport Enterprise helped us a lot to ensure that we get replacement vehicle at the earliest. Lady @ desk at Enterprise in Eindhoven was very warm, she understood stressful situation my family went through in Germany, with no fault of anyone. They refunded me Taxi fare & car rent for loss of a day in Germany. I am very happy with support provided by Enerprise staff @ Eindhoven & Koln airport. Thx to all.... Nikhil Chaukar, India

Seamless and quick pick-up and return process. OK price for Dutch market. No pressure to add extra insurance from their staff. Car was brand new, return was processed after couple of hours deposit included. Thank you.

Everything was perfect. The pick up was very fast and drop off - about 1 min. super fast. The girls and boys were kind and polite. Used a new Volkswagen Golf in a perfect condition - 18 200 km. Next time will use again this company. Thank you Enterprise Airport Eindhoven!

Really friendly staff. Location easy to find upon exit from airport (though locating the lot for the cars was a bit tricky I had to go back and ask a second time). There was no line to wait, car was ready on time, I got a very nice upgrade, and exiting the parking lot was a breeze. Will rent again here! However if you have a 1 way rental make sure you ask for instructions on how to do your drop off on the other end because that was not a good experience for me (though I think that review is more appropriate for the drop off location rather than the pickup location).

Smooth transaction! Picked up the Car Saturday at 9am, and returned it on a Monday at 9am. It was quick and easy to do. I was offered Manual or Auto transmission. We really enjoyed the car and had a great User experience overall.
