Carlton Square Hotel

Beautiful hotel, excellent bed. TV didn't work, was given a few drinks to make up for it as there was no room available to swap. After the best dinner i have tasted, i ended up falling asleep like never thanks to the excellent bed.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel. room was spacious and very comfortable. location was perfect, by a park, excellent food at the hotel and great Italian restaurant around the corner. staff was wonderful as well. Each morning the kind Italian barista would make me coffee and it started my day out perfectly. her kind nature and joyful attitude was delightful.
thank you to all the staff who were so welcoming. i hope to be back soon.

I always have a pleasant and relaxing stay. The staff are superb and the restaurant and bar provide a cosy retreat from the winter weather!

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great staff, found them all to be very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good.

10 minutes walk into the city - about 25 mins walk from the train station.

Taxi's are expensive compared to UK - 15 to 20 min ride to the airport was 65 euros booked via the hotel which was a bit more than we had paid just jumping in a taxi from airport to hotel (might therefore be worth booking your own taxi - although could be a supply and demand issue as most people seem to cycle everywhere!).

3min from Bus station. Lovely rooms wonderfull service. We stayed for 14 days and would stay there again.

Amazing hotel in Haarlem. The breakfast restaurant in the hotel is great and have everything that you need to start your morning doing whatever you want to do. The service is quick and efficient and nice place too to enjoy a calm breakfast.

Stay here regularly on work trips. Fantastic staff, great food (amazing burger) and comfy rooms. They pulled out all the stops this time as we needed rooms last minute due to a flight cancellation. Would definitely recommend

Everything was excellent. Front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly, room very clean, very good value. We were given complementary coffees as our room wasn't ready when we arrived (we arrived before check-in time and they were very busy). We could also forgo daily housekeeping in exchange for two free drinks from the bar every day which was a no-brainer for us, very smart on their part, and all in the name of being ecologically sensitive. They kept our fridge stocked with beverages also. very good customer service all round, highly recommended for that, price and location.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Clean, comfortable and affordable. A very European hotel in the heart of Haarlem. I especially liked the lounge and restaurant. Lekker beer selection.

But the big plus is the area. Walking distance to everywhere and the beautiful green park across the street.

We stayed one night, and had a very nice room overlooking the park. The staff were all very friendly and courteous. A very nice hotel.

I had a great time, a warm welcome from the receptionist, good breakfast, nice meal I was super. A very quiet place when you think of business trip.

We had 3 nights at carlton square in the lovely city of haarlem. The personal was everyday very friendly and professional, we had nice breakfast und the rooms had everything we needed. Its defenetly an good place to stay.
The hotel is good located in der city of haarlem und in a 15 Min. walk you reach the train station of Haarlem. So its a good place to start exploring haarlem or amsterdam.

Currently spending four nights here. Great quiet location near food and shops. The lobby is very nice. Check in was quick and no problem checking in early after a long flight. The room is great. Large room for European standards: extremely comfy bed: bathroom is a nice size with a good shower. Had one of there all day breakfast in the restaurant and it was excellent. So glad we decided to stay in Haarlem over Amsterdam. Much nicer local vibe and less touristy. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful, stylish and clean hotel. Thy have an amazing buffet every morning. Lunch is also great and their bar specializes in whisky. The room was huge, much larger than I expect in Europe. The bathroom was nicely appointed and the decor was modern. Everything was immaculate. I'd stay here again.

Friendly staff, good room, spacious by standards. Food and beverage service in bar/dining room is fantastic. Breakfast is amazing. A+ for value and hospitality of staff.

Short walk to shops, town square, etc. Great place to stay in Haarlem.
