With all respect, they were the only service that was available via the phone & were able to quickly come and inspect the problem. The technician did it’s job very well, he understood my noise complaints perfectly. The pricing for the devices they install is indeed rough, hence only 4 stars.
All the times I called them they were ready to hear me out & assist.

Mmm, herken me niet in eerdere (anonieme) reactie. Heb vorig jaar een ketel laten leveren en installeren door Vosse. Moet zeggen dat ik ook niet een uitgebreide offerte kreeg en zo, maar alles werd keurig netjes volgens afspraak gedaan door nette monteur en volgens opgegeven prijs die gewoon gunstig was. Wat mij betreft niets op aan te merken en heb dit bedrijf al meermalen bij anderen aanbevolen.

Ondanks de vriendelijke telefonische service en correct uitgevoerde taken, kan ik dit bedrijf niet aanbevelen.

Als je, ondanks de reviews, besluit om dit bedrijf in te huren, zorg dat je alle afspraken en prijzen heel duidelijk van tevoren op papier hebt. En als de monteur na afloop om je handtekening vraagt, een kopie van het formulier hebt. Bij ons was het formulier, na ondertekening, later door de monteur aangepast zonder onze kennis en is de kopie hiervan pas met de factuur meegestuurd. Het enige onderdeel (een kraan) waarvan de prijs niet specifiek besproken was, was belachelijk hoog geprijsd (bijna €200, retail prijs €60) wat de factuur verdubbelde. Plus daarbij worden de prijzen zonder BTW gecommuniceerd dus hou hier rekening mee.

De smoes voor de absurd hoge prijzen voor producten was: er zit garantie bij wat anders is dan als je het zelf koopt dus kunnen we de 3 keer over de kop prijs verantwoorden.

Wij zullen in ieder geval nooit meer gebruik maken van dit bedrijf. Het was een dure les.

Zeer hoge kosten. Niet bereid om in te gaan op klachten. Brengen ten onrechte kosten in rekening voor correctie van eigen gemaakte fouten.

Een goede vakman, maar hoge verborgen kosten - uiteindelijk kostte het klusje me anderhalf keer zoveel als dat ik dacht afgesproken te hebben. Geen aanrader.

They charged us in absurd amount for 20 min work and even charged for a student plumber.... who's not even a plumber.... terrible service, horrible company, incompetent staff. DON'T HIRE THEM. COMPLETELY WORTHLESS!!!

I strongly advise everyone who needs service provider for this type of services to NOT use VOSSE. I do not find them professional at all and they are not transparent on costs at all.

I got invoice now where they charged me 152 EUR because I missed appointment that was never confirmed to me (no mail, no sms). So they apparently came to my house but I was not home….

Additionally, based on their previous maintenance, I had leakage in boiler so I needed to call different company to fix what they did not do (but they charged me).

So use my mistake as example to not do it as well ;).

Similar to other reviews, i wish i had read about Vosse before asking them to move some pvc sewerage pipes. They sub contracted the work to another company, Smit, who were professional and did a good job. However upon receipt of the invoice from Vosse the price of the materials was inflated to beyond belief. A 90degree pvc bend which is available in a builders merchant for 50cent was charged at 11euro !! For simple materials which i calculate cost no more that 250euro, they charged 850 euro for !! I fought hard with them to be reasonable but all they say is that the prices are their wholesale prices. Please Please anybody reading this Do Not Use this company. Go to Smit and agree prices before which maybe hard, as, as in my case it was not sure which materials would be necessary to complete the job beforehand. Of course if Vosse reads this and realise that they have made a mistake with their pricing and an incorrect invoice was sent, then i will update this post.

Stay away from this service. This company subcontracts work to whoever is available at the time, the repair will likely be conducted with subpar professionalism while you will be charged way above the market value.
We called to fix a leak from our boiler, the guy that showed up was incredibly rude and kept cursing as he struggled to reach the pipes. He then said the work was done and left. A 180€ invoice was sent soon after for a 30 minute job with no hardware replaced. Two days later we spent 250€ to have our neighbors’ ceiling repainted to find out the following week that it was a complete waste as the leak was still there and the issue had not been properly fixed.
We called the company again and they sent someone else who was surprised about the poor quality work that was done in the first place. This time the problem was fixed and an additional invoice of 230€ sent as if it was our problem that the they had to do the job twice.
I complained and asked to waive one of the invoices and they had an incassobureau (credit management company) to enforce the full payment + 160€ of service cost for the incassobureau to send a letter.
I have seen bad service many times in this country but this company takes it to the next level. This is mean service. A pure scam provider. Again, no matter how urgent you meed the work to be done, stay away from Vosse. There are a lot honest repair services in the Netherlands, no need to fall in their trap.

Our CV ketel (heating system) did not maintain pressure between 1.5 to 2 bar consistently, so we had to increase the pressure (by pumping water) once in 6 to 8 weeks. Hence I requested for an advice from your company.

An experienced mechanic came and advised to find the leak, fix it and meanwhile suggested to replace the CV ketel with a new one.

We agreed, he came with another colleague fixed the leak, installed new CK ketel - however after they left 2 new issues arrived
1. Floor heating stopped to work
2. New leak was found

I called Vosse guys to come and fix them. Another mechanic came (not the same one who came first time) and fixed the new leak and made another fix to make floor heating work again.
However for both the new issues, I have received a huge bill.

I am having an email exchange to challenge it for more than 10 times, because the lady is not comfortable to talk on phone. I have no option to report this on social media.

When our shower broke, we needed an instant repair and Vosse falsely advertise themselves as 24/7 service so we called them. They asked us to send photos and all the details in preperation, which we did, and then they sent a plumber a week later without any of the correct tools. He was unable to take the shower off the wall (which we had already explained prior to the appointment and with the photos) so said he would need to come back with the correct tools. They then sent someone else a week later who had no context so we had to explain the whole thing again. This time he took the shower off the wall, however wasn't able to fix it so said we would have to call the manafacturer. He left even more of a mess and further broke the shower, then we recieved a bill from Vosse for 615 EUROS!!!! We disputed since they hadn't even managed to fix it and they said they 'never guarantee to fix a problem'. Outrageous! Stay away!!!

I didnt check the review, otherwise I would never choose their service. Same experience as other reviewers, they have someone came and didnt fix the problem, but charged for almost €200. The second time, they fixed the problem, but charged another €200+ for transporting, plus twice market price of the materials. Unbelievable! Why such company is still doing business, they should be forced to close.
