Mijn moeder is hier klant, is niet in staat om een rekening over te maken. Pinnen of contant betalen is niet mogelijk. Beetje belachelijkst hier geen oplossing voor geboden word. Ook de vriendelijkheid is ver te zoeken en word er weinig rekening gehouden met mensen die bijna 80 zijn.

Heb gebeld over mijn medicijnen. Er wordt de belofte gedaan deze in het uitgifte apparaat te doen. Let je even niet op je mail ( code ) en nee. Ja zeggen, nee doen 🤷 ik zie dat de eigenaar gereageerd heeft. Het
'grappige 'is dat het binnen een week weer gebeurd.

Er zou gisteren 22-3-2024 een prednisonkuur thuis bezorgt worden. Maar het is nu 23-3-2024 en nog niks bezorgt hoor. Krijg zo'n kuur natuurlijk niet voor niets voorgeschreven he. Ze hebben het zelf niet benauwd. En natuurlijk zijn ze tot maandagochtend 9 uur niet te bereiken. Waardeloos 😡
