It's a really nice place to eat with your loved ones! The concept it truly nice and the staff is eager to learn and work. We loved every plate, presentation, and taste wise, and after around 5 plates you have eaten we'll. We would recommend to specially ask for no fries since they are underwhelming compared to the rest of the dishes. There is also a great selection of wine complementing the food. The have seasonal dishes as well. Don't forget to book your table in advance and wear sine casual or a bit more elegant clothes. Since we have the impression that their guest are usually are not in their mid-twenties. But if you want to gave a good time, book a table. We will definitely be eating here again 😄

Absolutely amazing. The staff is attentive, the food was scrumptious. I left without being able to do dessert or even an espresso. You have to go here if you are visiting the city. Wow. I did the lamb burger, the Rendang croquettes, and the Burrata lemon ravioli.

One of Haarlem’s best restaurants! Every small plate is perfectly crafted and reflective of the season. The staff, especially the woman who manages the restaurant, are always so hospitable and lovely. She also gives excellent wine recommendations. A must visit if you enjoy good food and a relaxing atmosphere. It is also incredibly reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get, just make sure to make a reservation!

The food here is so good! They don't serve lunch, but dinner is a flat rate per person and you get as many plates/dishes as you'd like. Compact menu but good variety with a good amount of both meat and vegetarian dishes. Only complaint is for "unlimited" plates, the service should be better because it slowed down and we would have eaten more.

Truly stunning food and concept. For just 30 euros you can eat as much as you like from a selection of fine-dining quality small dishes. This is my new favourite restaurant. I love the fact that they help out youngsters who needed a new lease of life, meaning your money isn't just going to the pockets of a wealthy owner.

We had a very nice evening in this restaurant. It is more or less a cooking school and the guys there made a good job! Price and food was great!

Wanted to go here for quite some time and glad I did. Had a great time at this restaurant! Loved the food and the service was well done. There is a mixture of experienced staff helping out the younger staff which I find did very well. They change the menu with the seasons so check out their website for the current menu. My compliments to this place and can definitely recommend.

Run, don't walk, to this one-of-a-kind eating establishment. My wife and I went here tonight while staying in Haarlem and enjoyed it tremendously. The food is outstanding, varied, and unending--all you can eat for €36.50. Our waiter was friendly and charming as was everyone else we engaged with. Part school, part restaurant, it is not like any place else I've ever eaten and is well worth hunting down, even though it isn't in the center of Haarlem. If you're spending a night or more in this wonderful city, do yourself a favor and find your way there. (Hint: it's not far from the train station.)

Went here for the first time recently. Now probably my favourite restaurant in Haarlem! The food was incredibly tasty, well presented with a diverse range of flavours. The staff were very professional. The ambiance was warm and vibrant. And of course I love the concept of the training of the young people - a great idea!

Very nice ambiance and a bit funky. The service is very professional and friendly. The food is excellent. Quality/price excellent!!! Tapas all you can eat for 35€ the portions are for two easy to share.

Go here and have a truly good evening. The food is great, the service good and the story behind this place is amazing. You will not be disappointed (and bring an open mind).

A set price for the menu, each dish is a small culinary work with interesting flavors. The interior is really beautiful and the staff very nice.
Even for us as students it was very affordable.

Great concept. For a very reasonable set price you get to eat as many small dishes as you like (in rounds of 2 per person). Food was great and restaurant is really nicely decorated. Would also highly recommend staying at the hotel next door

Really nice restaurant. It’s an all you can eat concept À la carte. So you would expect a place filled with people who are stuffing themselves but NO! its classy, quality of the food is real high, the dishes are freshly made for you and the salmon in serrano ham is a real recommender.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. A surprisingly fun and exciting concept and fantastic atmosphere. These people are young and talented, can't wait to come back.

We choose this restaurant for my birthday dinner. Delicious food, very friendly staff and so lovely atmosphere! It’s located a bit off the tourist part of the city. Loved this place!
