Nice hotel! Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice coffee machine and a safe in the room. Nice bathroom. Good selection for breakfast. Great location across from the train/bus station. Short walk to everything.

The room was shaking a bit from time to time. No serious issue but I would prefer not to have this. It seems this was not the case for all rooms but only for some of them facing the main road from which buses cone and go all the time. Great breakfast, great service.

Just had a stay at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience! The location is prime, putting you right at the heart of everything you'd want to see and do. Waking up to their breakfast was a treat - flavorful and fresh every morning. The beds? So comfy I had to force myself out of them! And the shower? Just the refresh I needed after a long day of exploring. But what truly stood out was the impeccable service from the staff. Always attentive, always with a smile. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area. It's a total win!

An absolutely amazing spot to stay! The room was wonderful, the view from the room was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be any better. There is a massive variety of places to dine within walking distance (a very short walk too!) The restaurant on the first floor was lovely and it was nice to be able to get a bottle of wine for the room as well. You are withing a shirt stroll of anything you could want to see and several grocery stores. I look forward to staying there when I come back!

We stayed here in April 2023. The hotel was charming, had good breakfast options, safe, and right across the street from the train station. It’s a great option if you don’t want to stay in Amsterdam or you’re visiting the cute town of Haarlem.

Amazing experience from start to finish… beautiful decor… comfortable beds… privacy … Haarlem is a gem! Highly recommend this place for some rest and relaxation. The only thing missing at this place is a spa! I’d definitely stay again.

Amsterdam - like Venice - is overwhelmed by tourists. And then there was a running event on the week-end we had to come for graduation ceremony at VU in Amsterdam.
Haarlem is a very agreeable smaller Dutch city, quite full of life. You can walk around, and also the restaurant scene is quite diversified (but pay attention).
The hotel itself is more or less (all fine) on the Stationsplein, and there are comfortable busses to go to Amsterdam Zuid and even direct to Schiphol. No need to transit through Slotterdijk.
The room we had (with aircon) was not very large and of a somewaht sobre style (that is the "Danish wave"). But all properly maintained and a comfortable bathroom, including Italian shower.
I liked the breakfast room shortly after 7 a.m. when the sun was rising behind the station hall. The room was not cheap, but compared to Amsterdam it was quite ok.
We wolud go back. For dinner, go to the bistro (!) of ML.

Prices for beer was very cheap as well

What a wonderfully situated hotel! So convenient being next to train station & buses. It’s also on the main strip of town, so it’s a straight walk to everywhere! The staff is so kind, everything is kept impeccable. Cannot recommend this place enough! 💖

Great location near restaurants, shopping and the Saturday market. The rooms are very nice and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Also, a short train ride to central Amsterdam.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the Haarlem Station and several restaurants and pubs. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff was extremely courteous and kind.

What a wonderful hotel -- terrific location right by the station, comfy rooms with a mini-fridge & a hand-held shower head, and amazingly helpful & friendly staff.

We saw this hotel in Rick Steve’s book and online, so we decided to book it. We couldn’t have been happier!! Such a nice staff, great breakfast and clean, cozy rooms. It’s close to the station but it’s still very quiet and close to all of the restaurants. It’s a short train ride from Amsterdam and the airport, and a short bus ride from the beautiful Keukenhof gardens. We would stay here every time we visit the Amsterdam area.

Great hotel. Very reasonably priced, comfortable rooms, immaculately clean, and the best breakfast I have had in a long time. Building is old, but updated to modern standards without losing its character. Staff is unobtrusive, helpful and friendly. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.

We had an amazing stay, the reception staff was super helpful, we got an upgrade to a bigger room. The breakfast is definitely worth the money and you can get it served in the room. We loved it, definitely would recommend the hotel to our friends and family and we would love to come back some day. Thank you! 😊

Beautiful and modern decoration, spacious bedrooms, central location (5 minutes to historical city centre), good breakfast, close to the central station. I strongly recommrnend a stay here while visiting Haarlem!

Good hotel. Quiet. Near the train station. Close to everything in Haarlem on foot.

We stumbled upon this place by accident...but what a blessing. It is perfectly located, within steps of the Haarlem Central station and a beautiful 10 minute walk to the Grote Market and Kerk. The room was large and very comfortable. A highlight was the security guard, Kavish. I was up early and he greeted me warmly and made me breakfast! The breakfast buffet is terrific with fruits, meats,hot croissants, cheese, real eggs and bacon. And it's free...unlike every other hotel I had checked. I would gladly stay here again.
