Outstanding 5 star service - booked an appointment on Friday evening for a faulty e-shifter and got a slot on Saturday morning 10am - was outside with a repaired bike in 20 minutes with 2 components expertly replaced - have a flawless bike again thanks to de fietsenkamer. Highly recommended.

Great experience with replacing a damaged tire on my Cowboy, highly recommended.

Very friendly, honest, good advice and upfront. I took in my regular bike and it was no issue to tune up and service. For a really reasonable price. Everything you want in a local bike shop. Highly recommend! Will take all my bikes here from now on.

Super cool that this place opened up. Excellent, friendly service at very reasonable prices. Good vibes and funky interior. A real boost for the neighbourhood and for Haarlem. We'll be sending friends her to rent bikes, and we'll be getting our bikes (repaired) here from now on.

Brilliant place.

Went here after a bad experience at a different place and had much more positive customer service here. Straight to the point, honest and respectful of what I was asking for. I’ve found my go-to bike shop for repairs and replacements :)

We enjoyed it. Bikes were in really good condition and reservation, picking up was quick and easy. If you want to help small and enthusiastic busines to grow, it is the bet option. Me and my parents we can recommend it... :)

Repaired my brakes, very kind and thorough mechanic, fixed what another bike shop could not. Was very reasonable about the fee.

Vriendelijk en deskundig. Ik woon al jaren in deze buurt, maar kom er nu pas achter dat ze ook reparaties doen. Super goed geholpen.

Mijn zoon had problemen met z’n VanMoof, bij een andere dealer moest hij (binnen garantie) onderdeel aanschaffen en zelf monteren, nou ja dat mag papa dan doen.

Na een telefoontje met Kasper van de Fietskamer mocht hij direct langskomen om het onderdeel te laten vervangen. Kijk dat is service!

Jullie hebben er een klant bij!

Wat een geweldige service! Mijn vanmoof gaf een storing maar via de vanmoof site moest ik 2 maanden wachten, bij de Fietskamer werd ik de zelfde dag nog super vriendelijk geholpen, Klaar terwijl ik wachte en ook nog eens onder vanmoof garantie.... echt boven verwachting! als ik ooit een nieuwe fiets ga kopen dan ga ik naar de Fietskamer!

Iedereen die negatief over de VanMoof service is moet eens bij de Fietskamer langs gaan. Snel, vakkundig, goed geprijsd en aardige mensen die nakomen wat ze afspreken. Top

Regulier onderhoud aan mijn van Moof hebben ze echt goed gedaan, + 2 extra zaken die ik niet meer bij van Moof kon aanmelden. Vakmensen, Ik beveel ze aan!
