Best place in Leiden for a wide selection of Belgian beers. The great parts are: an amazing in-house triple (Olivier triple) that is both delicious and affordable, and a very detailed menu with all available beers including a description and a photo for ever single one. Try a new one (or three!) everytime you visit, and you will never get bored!

I liked this place. It has vintage interior with different posters from 60',70'. Good choice of 🍺 at affordable prices.

Hubby enjoyed the super wide selection of beers. I loved the salad and tried a couple of types of teas.

Consistently delicious beers and food.

What's not to love about this place. We wanted to visit this bar last year, but never made it. So glad we did this time.
The beer menu is extensive with beers from around the world. My preferred beer is IPA and this place did not disappoint. We did not eat here but the food looked good.
The service was spot on too. If in town and love good beer. I would definitely recommend this bar for a visit.

One of the best bars in Leiden with a large variety of beers, they serve as well good food & snacks. Large garden in the back to enjoy during summer, an area that you can rent out for private events and a party venue in the basement. They have another restaurant in Utrecht, in an ex-church, really amazing.

Incredible selection of beers, specializing in Belgians. The food is very good as well. Interesting decor and good for groups. Tends to be loud and noisy, full of folks having a good time.

Came here on our anniversary. We were served gorgeous beer by fantastic staff. And there is a secret museum in the basement!

Best place to go in Leiden to drink beer, with a huge selection on the menu. However, be prepared to wait a bit, since this bar is usually packed with people!

Fine selection of different beers. The interior is really nice and there's also a garden in the middle for when it's sunny outside.
