Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Leiden

We really enjoyed staying here and visiting the spa. The layouts a bit confusing at first but you get used to it. Cosy little place not lots on offer compared to larger places but I would still recommend it as I feel they’ve done really well with the space. It’s very clean, go for the day and see what you think. Personally we would return but book it well in advance as it’s always fully booked so that stands for something. Foods great, good views. Located next to centraal station Leiden. 5-10min walk into the city.

Very interesting experience. Location is perfect. Not hard to find if read the signs )). To reach the room reminds some quest which was quite interesting)). Big rooms. Good bathroom. By taking carefully shower can prevent flooding ).
The bed size and height are perfect for different sex positions)) and pillows were fanatically soft and comfy.

Location is excellent - excellent spot to see Lieden but also hop on a train. I also had a nice view of central station. Breakfast was good, standard high level Dutch hotel (Fletcher).

Some signage and navigation around the hotel is confusing but that is a small inconvenience. Parking meter downstairs did not take my card which was very frustrating! Just pay at the hotel reception.

I booked a bit last minute and was concerned given some of the reviews. I found the room to be clean and comfortable. The reception was open when I arrived midday.There was a fridge in my room (I booked one up from the basic), toiletries, a safe, nice TV, coffee was ok, I found the bed comfortable and the views great.

I did see that there was some corrosion and staining in the caulk of the shower, but it seemed that someone cleaned it. Finding the entrance can be difficult because there are no large signs (for any of the businesses in the building). The entrance is on the side of the train station, in a sort of square, next to a pizza shop, through a glass, revolving door; from there the signage is good. If you are in certain rooms you do need to cross the building to catch a second elevator, but it's not that huge of an inconvenience and you get a tremendous view of the city on the way.

Amazing hotel, next to Hospital LUMC and train station. Amazing restaurant with an amazing view. Food is amazing and the staff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast is very good aswell!

Accidentally booked this hotel as my first hotel in the Netherlands. What a surprise I had! A wonderful wellness center that I enjoyed twice during my stay! A bunch of saunas, steam rooms, rest areas... Highly recommend!

Stayed here for one night. The room and hotel were clean and modern. The breakfast was great, though perhaps a bit expensive. The room had a good amount of space and a pleasant view. The shower was one of the better ones I've experienced so far. The main downside was that the air conditioning system made a lot of noise, which I'm sure would annoy a lot of people when trying to sleep.

The room was very clean and was well organized.
Breakfast is topnotch.

We had a room with an AC that did not work. After just a couple of minutes, we got a new room. The service is good and really fast. For the price you get great service and a nice room in a hotel next to the trains. I highly recommend this Fletcher

Very nice located in the centre of Leiden. The Roms are small but very clever utilized. The breakfast was quite okay, offering a wide range of warm and cold dishes. The rooms were clean. We did not use the gym and swimmingpools

Very nice rooms and great view from the upper floors. Location could not be more convenient for the station and not far from the more picturesque parts of Leiden. Both restaurants in the hotel are very pleasant. Could do with more electric sockets in the rooms but otherwise no complaints.

Great hotel - good to have the use of a fitness room, as well as the swimming pool which is freely accessible for hotel guests between 7 and 10 am. Good view from the rooms out over the city of Leiden and a wide range of breakfast foods available at the breakfast buffet (which is open 8-11am on Saturdays and 8-12 on Sundays). Would recommend for a romantic getaway. You also get discount on the spa entry if you stay at the hotel

Great location and fantastic views either of the city or in the direction of the coast and the dunes. The standard rooms are exactly that, standard, no frills but with comfortable beds. Very tasty barbeque restaurant on the second floor and a great wellness centre/sauna on the 12th floor.

Great hotel. Have stayed here several times and hotel is quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is worth the fee with many options of tasty food. Ask for the station transit pass to be able to walk through the train station to the old City aswalking around the station is a long walk.

Great experience. Park in the garage floor -1 by the C building.. take it up to 12th floor and get checked in. Wish we had time for the wellness center so we will be back soon.

Great hotel! Although I didn't stay here myself, the staff was very helpful when I asked them for assistance. Great location (just next to the train station), stylish design and nice staff.

The Spa is on 12th floor providing a very nice point of views of the city when you are in the swimming pool or in the panoramic sauna. Also a nice point of view from rooms and restaurants. Located next to the train station you are close to Den Haag, Rotterdam and Amsterdam.

Very comfortable rooms. Easy to find,right next to the railway station and very close to centre of city.
Helpful reception staff. Nice bar and restaurant. Would recommend.
