If you are searching for halal food that is the place you need, with reasonable prices I recommend it

I go there frequently because of the plastic-less veggies, the fact that you pay per weight (and always at a good price), and the large amount of herbs to choose from to make dishes more interesting. And the people are nice.

We love to go here for the Islamic butcher. The chicken and beef is the best price you will find in Leiden.

Fruit and vegetable selection is more than enough.

They have a ton of Arab products, but also some Asian stuff. Some of the import products are a bit expensive, but that's normal.

I did not expect to see many asian thing here. Will rarely go to oriental shop then, because I found this store.

V friendly staff. Polite welcoming and warm. especially the butchery. Veg fruit yoghurt rice lentils pickles condensed milk fabulous variety and fresh as anything.

One of the best food stores in Leiden

In my experience, the best priced supermarket in Leiden. Also has prominent Middle Eastern products and grocery items which are hard to find.

I love coming here for two reasons: they have the best fruit, fresh and delicious, and also good prices, j find everything I need. Also my favorite rib eye steak is sold here. Is a gold mine. The only negative would be that when it is crowded is difficult to shop.

So many good things in this shop. Many cuisines are catered for. Everything from excellent freshly cut meat and spices to food colouring and soft drinks.

This is one of my top favorite shop in Leiden. Im an Indonesian and a moslem too. They sell all halal products, including meats too. I can say that their price also quite affordable for a halal grocery store. A very recommended shop for every moslems who live in Leiden! 😍

Fresh food is great, everything is affordable and a lot is on offer - meats, bread, olives, cheeses, herbs, spices, you name it. We miss this place now we've moved to Den Haag.

Excellent products that cannot be found anywhere else, with a great selection of spices and home-made salads for a good price. The staff is also really friendly!
