Really good place for pancakes.
They have the best pancakes on Ameland.
Like the look of place, service is good and they are clean.
They have some vegetarian options and good pancakes for kids. I am sa small eater, so I ordered kids pancake and rhey are 20cm.
Really nice price and quality range.

Next level amazing service and food. We were in a rush, we had to take public bus in 10 mins and board ferry. They immediately understood, confirmed in kitchen that they can make it in 10 mins, they even watched the bus for us, asked us to stay in the bus stop to hold the bus as it came, and delivered our package in the bus stop. Just wow. Then we tasted the food when we were waiting for ferry. Amazed again, the pancakes were super tasty. 11/10 will recommend.

Nice restaurant next to iconic light house and close to the beach , at summer every Sunday from 4 pm. You can listen to live music

I can’t understand how anyone could have a negative review of this place - the staff are amazing, the food is great and generous portions and the atmosphere is really fun!

The staff are so good with kids, super interactive coming back to get extra drinks etc and really friendly and this was on a busy dinner time!

It’s really warm and cosy, the birds inside is super nice for kids and it’s huge and humane!

We had 2 pannenkoek, poffertjes, 2 x alcoholic drinks and several soft drinks it was €50 - this is standard pricing anywhere and especially on Ameland- and the pannenkoeken is huge!

I really want to say how impressed I am with the service here.
They have a fantastic outside playground for children and inside there is one too. This made things so much easier.
The gentleman with a beard really went out of his way to help us. My son was asleep in the car. So he gave me a menu to take so we could look while my son slept.
Dutch service isn’t always great but I am so impressed with this place. Well done everyone there.

Very nice pancakes and friendly staff. Dogs are very welcome and given some snacks and a bowl of water. Dietary restrictions are no problem.

Nice authentic place to have a pancake! If you call/mail ahead a day early they can make vegan and/or glutenfree pancakes that are delicious! Would recommend.

They have super unique resto, the waiters are super friendly and super fun. The pancake a lil bit too big for me hahahah (I am Asian, I have a small tummy I can't eat much)

The portion was more than adequate, and the food was delicious. We didn't have to wait long for our food, and the staff was friendly.

Super nice restaurant, we went there pretty often as I was a child. I'm looking forward to visit this place again. If you are in the area for Holliday's this is definitely worth checking it out, they have something for every taste.

Very good value for the money!!! Pancake very good and I had the best Ameland shrimp kroket. Highly recommended.

We are for holidays on Ameland for more than two decades. Since the beginning we visit the Pannekoekhuis Onder de Vuurtoren every year mor than once! Good quality food and moderate prize. On Sunday they present live music.

Perfect place to recharge from a long walk or bicycle ride through Ameland. Very kids friendly with a playground and play corner inside.

Probably the best Pancakes in the world with a huge range. Good price-perfofmance and real friendly staff! A "must-see" in Ameland!
