Mijn respect voor Bert, altijd prachtige boeketten en ook een prachtig rouwstuk op de kist voor mijn moeder. Luistert wat een mens wil en in welke kleuren.

Zéér goede bloemist. Bloemen bij hem vandaan staan MINSTENS een week, maar meestal langer. Dat betekent dat er héél verse bloemen ingekocht worden.

Mooie en goede kwaliteit bloemen aanrader !!!

Er werd de dag voor bezorging gebeld naar de ontvanger... aangezien het een cadeau dus verrassing was, viel dat in duigen.
Denk dat fout in bestelformulier zit.
Dat zou anders kunnen en ook de reactie van Jaap de Jong bloemist die ik hierover gebeld heb.
Geen fijn gesprek.

I ordered thru EuroFlorist and Service was Bad! BEWARE !!!!UNRELIABLE, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT( They call it “Example”)and unreasonable. They didn’t deliver on my moms birthday. They lied and said my mother wasn’t home and they left a note in the mailbox. My mother was home and NO note left. They eventually redelivered 2 days after the wrong bouquet! When I contacted Customer Service they insisted that the website flowers are only an “example”and it’s to the florist decision which flowers to use. The flowers were completely DIFFERENT in color, style,type, tone. The florist did not take the requested order (florist pastel bouquet) into account, it looked more like (fabulous colors bouquet)and once delivered they can’t change or refund.
It’s not about the $30 it’s more about client satisfaction and they definitely don’t care!
