Great venue to test the latest e-bike technology. Ideal spot for local cycling clubs to start and end their rides from as well. Staff is knowledgeable on the latest products and new technologies.

Rented a bike here. What an amazing bike! Such a good experience. Friendly people also taking the time to setup your bike. And the bike itself was top notch! I ride MTB and love Shimano but this gave me a chance to ride the best Shimano stuff. I can never go back again :-(

Great coffee and cake and friendly, welcoming staff. Good range of bike clothing for sale. Complimentary key rings and chain lube were a bonus!

Wanted to drive a nice tour in the area, but at the start the Shimano GRX groupset of my personal bike did not work anymore. On good faith I tried my luck at the Shimano Service Center. Although they do not fix other bikes normally, the nice staff here fixed mine. Got a very good rental bike for the day and at the end of the day I had a perfectly working bike again. They were the saviours of my weekend! Very happy with the service i got!

Rented mtb's here, never done any mountain biking before. Got a couple of nice tips from the people here for our skill level. The surroundings are beautiful, especially during the autumn, colourful. Also not expensive at all.

The people of Shimano’s are such sweethearts! Really helpful, professional, knowledgeable and warm. I rented a sharp—priced high-quality race bike, did the amazing Amstel Gold Trip (loop 1 = 76km) around South Limburg, had a flat tire along the way, called the helpline of Shimano, waited for less than 15 minutes before their mobile customer service brought me a great replacement bike (a mountain bike) to complete my trip. Upon arrival at the shop, they treated me with a lovely piece of amazing Limburg Vlaai . Thanks again guys! I would recommend them to anyone wanting to ride bikes in the area of Valkenburg! 💪🏾
