Eco Hotel Plantage Rococo

Very beautiful building in an “remote” location hidden away by nature. The building had a very prestigious feel and look inside and out. Our overnight stay was comfortable and room was brightly lit.

An amazing getaway "lost" in the countryside. We stayed there 3 nights and you wouldn't believe how benefic that place was for us. You are in the nature, the house is an old countryside mansion, you have bikes at your disposal to go wherever you want, like Haarlem. That's what we did and I clearly recommand this bike trip.
The place is so calm, you only hear birds and you are surrounded by horses. You can use garden sofas, tables, braseros, long chairs near a small pound to simply enjoy what you need.
About the room, a lovely and romantic suit with a huge bed in the attic. You even have a reading nook under the window.
We also tried the restaurant and whaou... you have to taste what they are serving, it's just amazing.
A great thank you also to the staff, they are all really kind and it makes the difference when everything goes as simple as living the moment!

Natural beauty in the woods. We had lunch at the outdoor space. Slow service. Food was really good.

Beautiful estate with a great restaurant. The interior is on point but with a very relaxed vibe. So is the staff. Great variety of delicious organic food on the menu. Prices are rather high but it seems reasonable seeing the luxury. It’s a perfect place to escape the city without a need to travel. It’s possible to go for a walk or bicycle ride as there are many nice paths. You can also admire horses.

I only went for a drink here but the place is beautiful. Outside is beautiful and quiet. Nice comfortable couches and chairs to relax in on a nice sunny day day. Do know that you'll need to report to the reception first when you come here.

This place is just magical. The perfect escape from your busy life. The spacious rooms with beautiful views, the interior, attention to detail, the staff, the horses outside, the surroundings, the bed (!). We also had a huuuuuge bath (executive suite). Would HIGHLY recommend this stunning place.

Beautiful location, to head a short bus ride out of Amsterdam and end up in such a paradise was amazing and will most definitely be back. The styling of the property by the owner is incredible and the surroundings are perfect for a short walk where you really feel like you’re away from the city. Enjoyed having late night drinks and the breakfast in the morning was not only tasty but perfectly presented, carrying through the style into the tableware. If you fancy a trip to the beach, it’s good to have the convenience of a bus that goes straight to ijmuiden a short walk from the property. The only callout was some rooms don’t have toilets but do have showers, so be comfortable with jumping out of the room if need be. Otherwise the staff really took care of us and made our pre-baby staycation feel very special, looking forward to returning!

the place is magic, something between past and modern. I like the interior and the dedication to details, form the tea to the soap.
The service is very authentic, they are all passionated and you can clearly feel it.
Not the cheapest solution but an amazing experience.

Great place, wonderful team and amazing experience

Vandaag geluncht in het lente zonnetje. Wat een heerlijke gerechten werden er geserveerd. En wat een vriendelijke lieve mensen werken hier. We gaan hier zeker nog een keer terugkomen, we zijn super benieuwd naar de rest van de kaart.

Prachtig oud hotel wat sustainability hoog in het vaandel heeft. Wij verbleven in kamer 3 (4 persoons) met uitzicht op het omliggende grasveld met de paarden. Wat ik een hele leuke touch vond was dat door het hele hotel en in de kamers platenspelers en platen staan zodat je naar hartelust muziek kan draaien. Het ontbijt en diner was tot in de puntjes verzorgt, voor mijn moeder, die geen knoflook mag hebben werd het gerecht wat zij wilde speciaal voor haar aangepast door de chef die dit zelf helemaal kwam vertellen zodat zij dit toch kon eten.

Kortom, een heel fijn verblijf en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wat een ervaring is Rococo! Direct al overweldigend is de ligging van het magnifieke pand tussen al dat groen als je langzaam de bocht om komt rijden. Het gevoel iets speciaals te hebben ontdekt wordt direct bevestigd als je er binnenstapt: WOW! Bovendien: hier werken mensen die er echt zin in hebben om het jou naar de zin te maken op een zeer ongedwongen en relaxte manier, dat merk je aan alles! Best bijzonder in deze tijd waar veel horecapersoneel nul verstand van zaken heeft en ook geen zin heeft om het te leren bovendien. Gastheer/vrouw is een vak en dat snappen ze hier buitengewoon goed. Interieur en sfeer krijgen daarnaast ook nog eens een dikke 10 en dan heb ik het nog niet gehad over al het heerlijks dat je hier kunt eten (of drinken in de coole cocktailbar). Kortom; bevlogen mensen in een schitterende hideaway waar je je even helemaal kunt terugtrekken. Wij komen zeker terug!

Dit is een van de leukste hotels die ik ken! Ik logeer voor werk vaak in het Four Seasons, maar dit is 10x unieker! De eigenaren zijn ontzettend leuke mensen.

Allesomvattend het mooiste huis dat ik ken, eten is heerlijk, bedden slapen goed, zoveel sfeer, geweldige tuin.

Ik heb hier een aantal keer gelogeerd en kom graag snel weer langs!

Een prachtige, romantische ervaring met mijn vriend in de bruidssuite. De kamer was een prachtige combinatie van antieke en moderne meubels. Alles prachtig op elkaar afgestemd.
Aan de bar hadden wij een warm gesprek met de dame achter de bar en de chef van de keuken. Persoonlijk contact op een relaxte, onbedwongen manier. Dit merkten we niet alleen bij de bar, maar in het restaurant.
Heerlijk gegeten! Bijzondere gerechten die me echt verrasten.
De avond afgesloten met gezelligheid in de "woonkamer" met andere gasten en een plons in de jacuzzi op onze kamer.
Optimaal genieten dus.

Geluncht met z'n tweeën. Erg voorkomende brigade. Heerlijke gerechten. Mooie ambiance. Negeer de 1-sterren reviews van 1 boos figuur met een klein gevolg. Google zou eigenlijk moeten eisen dat locatie wordt gedeeld als je review wil schrijven want dit is on(ter)echt.

Heerlijke bedden en prachtige kamers! Ondanks dat we er op een dag waren waarop er geen diner was staken de eigenaren de handen uit de mouwen om iets voor ons te bereiden. Ook het ontbijt was top!

Een prachtig hotel in een prachtige omgeving! Heel erg vriendelijk geholpen bij het in en uitchecken en bovendien een heerlijk diner gegeten.
Voor twee nachten geslapen en wij voelden ons direct welkom en op ons gemak. Een aanrader voor iedereen die zich in de watten wil laten leggen en zich terug wil trekken in de mooie natuur waarin het hotel gelegen is!
