Was looking to order some new skis for my wife as a present as she'd identified the ones she wanted and OutdoorXL had them in stock. Wanted to get the new Strive 12GW bindings to go on them but they hadn't been released yet.

So I started a Whatsapp conversation (really useful option!) and Mark from Outdoor XL was incredibly helpful. They were happy to hold the skis until the specific bindings were in stock, sent me pictures of everything I requested, double checked all measurements before mounting the bindings, overall great service!

Price was very competitive and paying was super easy. The skis were shipped the same day they were drilled and received 3 days later with all customs requirements for the UK taken care of. Arrived in perfect condition, packaged well, very pleased and wife even happier!

Will happily use OutdoorXL again in a heartbeat!

Was a little apprehensive purchasing from Europe due to Brexit, delivery issues and Customs issues. I bit the bullet and purchased a Stand up paddleboard late afternoon on the Tuesday - it arrived on my doorstep in the UK at 12:30pm by the Friday. I bought a pair of Hanwag Mountaineering boots which fit perfectly . Great website, offers a wide range of products and good price as well. Customer services are very prompt. The gentleman Marc Tanis is very professional, I get to select the ski boots finally because of him. So thankful to him and the website. Definitely will come back to purchase again when my ski skills are much improved. The only thing needs to improve is that maybe the website can precharge tax and duty from customers according to their local law, so that customers do not have to sit at home to wait for the shipment because they have to pay cash on arrival. And also the shipping company charges quite a lot of money for disbursement fee because of this.

I did a ski search on Sunday 2/16/20. Found Outdoor XL, never heard of them, so I emailed some questions. They responded Monday AM my time. I bought the skis Monday night, they were shipped Tuesday from the Netherlands, and arrived at my house on Thursday in New York. They were the best price with shipping by far on the internet, and they responded to all of my questions promptly.

Ordered Nordica skis and maker bindings. Best price to USA by far even with shipping costs as there is no tax under $800. Came quickly and looks great. I imagine returns may be difficult but I don’t think I have a need. Will order from them again!

Ordered Head skis at a fantastic price. Shipping to the US was fast. The shipping box was beat a bit but the skis were well protected. Didn't deal with customer service so can't comment on their support process.
