If i could give 10 stars I would. What an absolute gem of a restaurant. They were able to squeeze us in for a later dinner and right from when we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming and making sure we understood the menu (my dutch is still in progress). I went with the 3 course menu and a glass of rose and was not disappointed. If i could learn to make the pumpkin coconut soup they served as an amuse, I would make it every day. The flavors of all 3 dishes were fresh and delicious and i cant wait to come back and try more.

One of the places I missed when travelling to Netherlands is dining in to this Michelin star restaurant in Lelystad. The owners are friendly and it feels like dining at home, so comfy. The food are selectively sumptuous and the plating is oh la la.

We love the outdoor set-up too and it is simply cozy inside where the bar area is. The menu lists in the box is also unique and so fun to look at.

We will definitely be back again to visit once we are finally allowed to travel. We miss good food and meeting good people!

Ik ben erg onder de indruk! Ik ben zelf kok maar ik maak een diepe buiging voor deze chef-kok! Deze ervaring komt bij mij stipt op nummer 1.

Vanavond wezen eten bij De Gordiaan Kitchen-Bar, wat zijn wij heerlijk in de watten gelegd! Wij namen een viergangen verassing diner met z'n vieren. Deze werd begeleid met heerlijke wijnen en een heerlijk portje bij het heerlijke toetje. De gerechten zijn creatief en verrukkelijk. De garing van de vis perfect en het hoofdgerecht uiteraard met lokale producten was echt heerlijk een feestje voor zowel de maag en ogen. Ook de service is super goed. Je voelt je welkom in die heerlijk leuke en knusse restaurant! Een pareltje in Lelystad, ik zeg DOEN!

Voor mij een verrassende ervaring. Geen kaart maar verrassingsmenu. Prima gegeten met heerlijke smaakcombinaties. Opgediend door de uitstekende kok met uitgebreide toelichting.

Onwijs lieve gastvrouw, prachtige kunstwerken op een bordje van de chef en een heerlijke sfeer. Wat hebben wij genoten!!

Hét culinaire pareltje van Flevoland, verscholen in het stadshart van Lelystad. Chef Lars en zijn brigade; echte vakmensen!

De kwaliteit van het eten is steengoed. Ze weten van verse (enkel en alleen) lokale producten de meest heerlijke gerechten te maken. Naast de drie gangen (met bijpassende wijnen) hebben we vooraf genoten van oesters, patanegra én een amuse (smaakvolle mosterd-prei-soep).
Ik koos voor het kaasplankje als dessert, maar kon -na het zien van het chocoladetaartje bij mijn tafelgenoten- het niet weerstaan om dit ook als vierde gang erbij te bestellen. Onwijs genoten van alles wat geserveerd werd!

De service is bovendien fantastisch en kenmerkt zich door persoonlijke aandacht. Dank jullie wel, wij komen vaker terug!
