Very interesting! Seen the fact they've only started digging from 2012 on up, they've already exposed a lot of the bunkers! The stories are great and you can really feel they put a lot of effort in making everything look authentic. I've kept the most interesting pictures for myself, so you can explore the site yourself and be amazed!

Well preserved bunker complex from WWII where attempts were made to intercept Allied planes from England. With advanced radar systems.

We did the guided tour with Jan Haringa and Reina as our excellent tour guides. Well worth the visit and definitely recommend the guided tour. Absolutely will visit a next time just to see the progress of the command bunker.

I love these islands but find it disturbing that there is no mention of the Holocaust here. To the care takers of the site: Silence equals complicity. Take a stand against antisemitism and the rhetoric of hate.

Very nice museum. I especially recommend the guided tour, it's all done by very enthusiastic volunteers who know a lot about the bunkers and also the history of the museum.

Would definitely advice to join one of their guided tours, which bring you in a couple of those reconstructed bunkers.
