WestCord Hotel Schylge

Very nice hotel, not new, but well-run and the location and the views are fabulous. Get a harbor view room if you can. The restaurant for dinner was excellent and the breakfasts were good. (More fresh fruit would be nice). If you would like a massage, book early! They fill up. There is a very convenient place to park your e-bike, complete with places to keep them charged. Staff was very friendly. Communication excellent.

Me and my friends really liked the hotel. The location is great, 3 min cycling from the harbour, room was beautiful( we liked the cosmatic mirror in the bathroom). The breakfast were super delicious. We also used the swimming pool, was clean and warm. The only down side is the bike we rented were very slow so suggest to rent them from a store with a Rooster symbol.

Beautiful hotel with a swimming pool and a view over the marina and the Wadden Sea. Neat, well-equipped and well-kept rooms. Friendly and polite staff. And within walking distance of the harbour. E-bikes are for rent and the coffee tastes great!

I can honestly say It was me good time to stay at hotel, for kindly request for you please check your cash check equipment because It wasnot working when we try to use. Other places I used I did not see any problem. Thank you.

I had an amazing stay at Schylge. The hotel is conveniently located on the harbour and you can easily walk there from the drop off point if you arrive by boat. Interior is nice and neat, personnel is attentive and friendly, ready to answer all of your questions at all times. And what a view! My room was located on the sea side so I got to get up every morning and admire the Waddenzee, and breakfast can be served on the outside terrace of the restaurant with an excellent view of the sea. I will definitely come back!

Excellent hotel. The (non ocean view-bad weather) room was clean, modern looking, good beds and bathroom. Nice balcony to sit on.
The restaurant has amazing (more upscale) food, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Breakfast has good food too, but tables could be cleaned up a bit quicker.

The staff is very friendly. We even got called 30 min after we entered the room if everything was fine. The room was very clean and spacious. Our room, 423, was at the backside of the hotel. The room lacked airco but the staff offered us a free blower. To keep the room a bit cool we kept the door to the balcony open but the noise of the cars where a bit loud (later at night no cars drove in the street).

All in all we were very pleased at the room and quality we got for the low price we paid. We had worse rooms in 5 star hotels for triple the price!

All staffs are friendly, welcoming and professional. Specially thanks to Carsten&Mariette from the reception! :) The hotel has a amazing seaside view all day long. Room is big enough to stay with balcony. We stayed 2nights and definitely willing to stay long with good atmosphere. Location is perfect, hotel is close to the Harbour(West terschelling citycentre) it takes 10-15mins by walk. According to corona policy, all facilities could be booked in advance. However, feel safe and could be relaxed. Very satisfied with dinner at the hotel also. Highly recommend to stay !! 👍🏻

Great hotel with frienly staff. Very nice harbor view from the restaurant with good food at normal price. Hotel has 1 disabled room.
