This place was a very nice discovery around. There are three lakes, one especially for children. A huge area for camping is available, but you can also rent a hut or cabana. They offer many sports options, such as tennis, football, volleyball, basketball and others. There is also an amazing indoor park for children. You can also rent a bike or buggy for your children. All the staff are super kind and helpful. There are park slots inside, but you need to stay there to have this service. For one-day use, there's a parking lot closeby where you can leave your car. We certainly will be back.

Well we have had a brilliant holiday here for 2 weeks. We were a family of 4, two children aged 9 and 6. This was our first visit and it certainly won’t be the last.

It took about 1.5-2hours drive from hook of Holland.

Check-in was super easy and luckily when we arrived we could check-in early which was great. We had a towing caravan and private (new style) sanitary facilities.
The pitches were nice and big, plenty of room for a massive caravan and awning, Van. I even think we could have brought our event shelter as well.

Each sanitary building has its own WiFi which to be fair, but pretty good. We had, at one point, 4 devices using it and it worked well watching a movie, for example.

We had a pitch right by the lake with the flumes. It was perfect for the kids. They spent most of their time in that lake. It was beautiful to also swim in every morning.

The indoor pool was good, there was one flume and then a separate area for an indoor beach and massive children’s sand play area. Again the kids loved this and they often took themselves here on their own.

Throughout the week there are various activities for kids and adults. We did the ‘it’s a knock out’ which was hilarious. The kids did the maze and popcorn party, kids only pool party and silent disco.
There are lots of parks dotted around, a BMX track, so basically we didn’t really see much of the kids for the whole 2 weeks.

There is an on site Spa shop which had everything you could need. There is a small selection of gluten free products (one daughter is gluten free). In town in Eersel there is a jumbo, aldi and Lidls.

Credit to the staff, they worked some long hours and they were great. Lifeguards were noted around the lake and in the pools. They provided a lot of the entertainment.

For you Brits their English is great, they even spoke in English for us and the activities we did.

Little tip: bring plenty of pool inflatables for the lake! The kids loved going down them on the slide.

Day trip ideas: Efteling was AMAZING! We spent 11.5hours here. It was only about 50mins drive from TerSpegelt. Google it, you won’t regret it!

Can’t fault it, we will definitely be back!

Went on a family break over Easter with Eurocamp. Great place, well laid out, loads to do. Kids loved the indoor beach and swimming pool where we spent a lot of our holiday. Staff were friendly and helpful, and other guests were pleasant. The lakes where you could swim and do outdoor sports looked like they would be nice when the weather is warmer, the kids clubs we didn't make much use of but they had a range of activities available.
The only minor change I would make on booking again is upgrading from the basic accommodation on Eurocamp as it was a little cramped, you couldn't stand in the double bedroom as the bed took up the whole room, and my 6'2" husband couldn't close the door to the toilet if he sat down as there wasn't enough room for his legs!
We are definitely hoping to return to the park though as everything else was great.

Wow this site did not disappoint! Originally we were booked to go elsewhere but after some questionable reviews decided to change and went for Terspeglt - a decision which we definitely do not regret! We booked 4 nights in an Azure Lounge with Eurocamp and the accommodation was lovely. Our pitch overlooked one of the 3 lakes and sitting on the terrace was a massive highlight for us.
There were some downsides to the azure lounge. Mainly in the kitchen area. Firstly, when we were unpacking our food there was nowhere for to put anything. We ended up having to place it all around the hob and when we needed to use the hob to put had to move it all. There is a little dishwasher but ours stunk so we didn’t use it. We also didn’t have an oven, we had a microwave combi oven which we couldn’t get on with. For us personally, an oven is a lot better and far easier. We are in every night and cooking with combi microwave just didn’t work and some food was inedible even when cooked correctly. In my opinion, get rid of the dishwasher and put in a little oven and add one cupboard.
Aside the kitchen the rest of the accommodation was faultless.
The site - well what a site! We didn’t know what to expect and we were not disappointed. It is massive and we spent a good hour or so walking around taking it all in. There are 3 lakes, one lake has the beach and slides. Another has pedalos and another one had waterlodges over looking it which people also were doing water sports on.
The indoor pool was fab and our boys loved it. There was an indoor slide, a jacuzzi and a separate part where the kids could play in the sand and climb etc. the pool area was unbelievably clean and there were lifeguards everywhere.
There was a restaurant on site which we didn’t use but looked nice. You could also get food delivered to your accommodation. On our first night we ordered pizzas and chips, we had to order from 2 separate places on site as one place done the pizzas and one place done the chips. Wasn’t a problem as they turned up within a few minutes of each other. There is also a place to get ice cream and I highly recommend the stroopwaffel ice cream - I will return just so I can have this again!
There is also an on site spar shop, has pretty much everything you need. If you wanted to go cheaper there is also a Lidl a 6 minute drive away.
There is plenty for the kids to do. Our boys love football and there were a few places they went and played. All the kids play together despite any language barriers which is lovely. There is a bike park which has a bar next to it that opens at 2pm, they showed the football in here and they had pool tables as well. Was the place to be if you wanted it to be lively.
There was also a little farm where you could feed the goats and chickens. We also found some pigs!
Being in the Netherlands there are bikes everywhere and this is pretty much how people got around on site. If like us you don’t have the space to take the kids bikes, you can hire them too along with paddle boards.
There was also mini golf, we ran out of time to do this but I think this was around 5 euros.
On our last day we headed to the corn maze which was open everyday from 5pm - 8pm. If you were staying on site or we free to do and our boys loved it. It was so fun!
If you want to go off site I highly recommend downloading the app Get Your Guide. This will show you all the stuff there is to do near Eersel and Eindhoven - which is only 20 mins down the road. You can also go onto the Terspeglt website and they have ideas for days out too.
We spent the day in Amsterdam, this was an hour and a half from site and was super easy to get to. Again if you are driving, there is an app called Parclick where you can find parking spaces within the city.
The journey from Calais was simple enough, no tolls and the site was just a stones throw from the Belgium border. It took just over 3 hours to get there.
Overall we had an absolutely amazing time at Tergspelt and we are planning to return next summer! 4 nights was not enough!

There is so much to do for everyone. Kids activity clubs, open air cinemas, swimming, fishing and water sport lakes, evening entertainment, I could go on.
Added into this mix are flat spacious pitches (some with private WC facilities and showers) and beautiful views overlooking lakes or woodland in some parts.
TerSpegelt is fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff. It is the first place that as a family, we all agreed on returning to and so here we are for the 2nd time, ... We all highly recommend a visit here.

Love this site. On a camping pitch with private sanitary facilities. Nice bathroom with underfloor heating and a heater. Immaculate site with loads of activities. It is also nice to sit and relax. We came here as our daughter is a bit old for camping De Paal up the road.

We loved the area with its hiking and biking trails which are easily accessible, but also give you a sense to be away from the city and the urban areas of the Netherlands for a while.

Breath the fresh air and go for a walk or take your mountain bike.

A cool camping, especially for parents with kids. The camping has a fun swimming pool and a lot of outdoor activities. You will never get bored on this camping because of the many activities you can do on and around the camping.

Great camping, well organised and had everything we needed. The playgrounds for the kids were fantastic and the special kids beach "Sterrenstrand" was a blast for them.
