I spent one night in the hotel, for that one night I would like to praise the reception staff, they were nice, the room was very clean, the breakfast was great, the only thing that was not friendly is that the hotel does not have its own parking and I paid €38 for 13 hours parking

Although the hotel is not right into town centre it made up for it by providing all the amenities one can expect.

The room I used was very comfortable and functional, it had a kettle, a well sized TV and a very comfortable bed amongst other things.

The bathroom was clean and functional although water came with little pressure in the shower.

I found service polite and extremely friendly, every member of staff was smiling and projected attentiveness, it is truly one of the friendlier hotels I have ever been.

The bar was relaxing and the restaurant efficient with a good enough selection for breakfast.

One can park the car in the hotel and if one needs to visit town centre there is a shuttle bus that goes there very often leaving from a stop just around the corner.

Been here three times, all the time had nothing bad to say about it. Food in the morning is great, plenty of choices, quick transport to the center via the bus, rooms are clean & nice. Overall, a very good place to stay. One thing that could be changed, though it's not really a bother, is to add a switch or something for all the lights. You have to switch each one of them with their own button off, and in the room you have 4 lights which you have to close. Besides this, everything great there. Sitting in the terrace in the morning, drinking a cup of coffee, watching the lake, gives you a very nice feeling.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a Driver with a group of passengers visiting the Netherlands, food is excellent however the service at the bar and the restaurant can be somewhat slow otherwise it’s a perfect place to stay.

Excellent check in staff and wonderful double room, loved the Nespresso machine.
Although I arrived late at 10.00pm I had a freshly grilled great steak meal, caesar salad and sparking mineral water.
The room was modern, fully serviced with every working.
I had stayed many times at this hotel before 10 - 15 years ago and it still is furnished and decorated like new. The surroundings are beautiful landscaped with trees and a lake. you can sit out in the sunshine for a drink / meal. Certainly the best hotel I stayed at during my week in the Netherlands. Finally easy to park in their secured car park. I will certainly be back.

Very nice hotel at good location close to the city, with view at a lake. Very friendly staff and modern design. Really confortable rooms with great wifi connection. The breakfast was also good, having a big variety of selection (cheese, croissants, fruits, jams, honey, etc.). It is easily connected with the city center by using the bus no. 80. Nevertheless, it is not possible to purchase a ticket by the driver, but it can be bought directly at the hotel.

Good price for a 4* experience 3 km from city centre (there is a bus service). Room was clean, spacious and had a fridge, bath and kettle. All the staff were professional and friendly, immediately dropping any private conversations to prioritize serving guests with a smile. Particular thanks to Dennis for customer service. I asked him the best way to get to the event I was attending. As well as just normally replying, he, without my asking, printed a map, wrote his instructions and sent it in an envelope to my room. Only negatives are pillows were not so firm. It was ok for me, but if you do really need good support, best to ask them to make sure they can meet your requirements.

Great location. The staff were particular friendly and very welcoming. Excellent insulation in the room especially as the motorway was quite close by. We couldn't hear anything when the windows were closed! Room was particularly clean and comfortable.

I like the breakfast. Hotel is clean. Location is not ideal, it is located on the outside of the City and in the close proximity of the hotel os nothing to do. But for business trips more than perfect!

Breakfast amazing, stay amazing, design is very nice, quiet, has a sauna at top but no pool sadly. Only issue is with perhaps too used equipment (eg. some of the taps in the bathroom were damaged/cracked/well rusty).

I was looking for a reasonably-priced hotel with electric vehicle charging for three adults within easy reach of the Kröller-Müller Museum in Otterlo. With Movenpick's family rate, we had a package with inter-connecting rooms and breakfast included.

We arrived from Brussels around 22:00 but the restaurant was still open and prepared excellent Thai-style dinners for us. We ate in the stylish bar, where the barman was very friendly.

The beds were very comfortable and their organic bed linen was a thoughtful touch. So we slept very well.

The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety of options, including cereals, cold meats, cheeses, cut fruit, pastries, sausages, bacon, saitéed mushrooms, scrambled egg, boiled eggs, honeycomb, etc. Two chefs were also on hand too to prepare freshly cooked food.

This was our first stay at a Movenpick hotel and we were very impressed. All the staff we met were very friendly. They even had ready-made toothbrush-and-toothpaste packs to hand when we discovered just before going to sleep that we had forgotten to pack any toothpaste!

Location is fine with bikes provided. Just a short ride into town. Good service. Excellent breakfast. Well appointed rooms. Quiet. 10 out of 10.

Very good customer care and service. I received a charger for my iphone, they ordered plant-based milk for me, and all the staff was very friendly. Rooms are quite and the breakfast is excellent.

Great service. Breakfast time till 11:30 is very handy.
We rented a bike to go to the city, which took us 10 minutes.

Great hotel, wasn't aware of the location before arrival tho. Would recommend if it were located closer to the city. But still loved the room, the breakfast and the helpful staff!
