Ordered jacket on jan 9 in store to get delivered home was told that it will take 2-4 business days for shipping. The confirmation email even said that it’s 1-3 days. It’s the fourth business day already and no package in sight yet. Tracking is also useless, said it’s on it’s way since the fourth day only, but no estimated time or day given. The worker on the customer service line could also not provide any more info on this matter. Don’t give expectations that you can’t meet. It was a risk for me to order it last minute/just in time for my trip yes. However I’ve never experienced a delay in parcel deliveries before, another lesson learned. Can’t rely on you.

Stond net voor de deur, 5 minuten voor sluitingstijd om een pakket op te halen wat geen minuut duurt.
En dat op een koopavond
Er stonden 5 medewerkers te kletsen bij de kassa die helemaal geen aandacht toonden.
Ik zal voortaan bij de Skatestore bestellen.
