I fell in love with some boots from Corral Boots but could not buy them through their own webshop, and no shops in Denmark were selling them. I finally found Boots by M, which could help me get the models I wanted, even though they were not on her webshop. Mariann placed a special order for me, and after receiving and inspecting them, she forwarded them to me in Denmark. Even added a little gift to take good care of my new boots, and a personal note! A very nice touch - made me very happy :-D Without her, I wouldn't have been able to buy those boots. Thank you so much again for your kind service - I love my new boots! And I hope that I will have the opportunity to come by your shop one day

Boots by M is the best shop in the world!

I have visited many countries for work and always look for a good place to buy boots. I am yet to encounter anyone or anywhere as good as Boots by M.

As I was not in Amsterdam for long, Marian managed to do the following:

1. Help with sizing
2. Take pictures and a short video so I could see the boots in real lighting
3. Have them delivered to my hotel (and then called to check they arrived ok)
4. Kept me informed the whole time
5. Left a hand written note inside to thank me for my purchase

The world needs more people like Marian and I would recommend Boots by M every day of the week and twice on Sundays.

I have purchased a pair of boots online, which arrived in the UK within a couple of days. The boots are absolutely beautiful and pristine. They also came with a lovely personalised note which put a smile on my face and was a great little touch. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone, my experience has been fantastic.

What a fabulous selection of boots. Found a pair of great looking Cuadra boots and I am delighted with them. Staff was very helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend!

PS. Came in wearing shorts but was assured that the boots would look good under jeans. She was right...

Marian helped me a lot to fly the boots to New Zealand. I was so excited unboxing them. I do so love the color, and what a speedy delivery! Everything arrived in excellent condition. A fully deserved 5-star rating! The owner (Marian) is present in the shop, and provides first class information (care, fit and brands) based on her many years of experience. The selection is exquisite... And the customer service experience is like none other I have ever experienced. It's personal, and you're actually encouraged to try on any number of boots you like! Even if you're still only thinking of buying a pair, which I was. Needless to say, the next day I returned, and walked out with a beautiful pair of Old Gringo Heartbreakers. And I even got a complimentary set of socks for breaking in my boots! With regards to aftercare, Boots by M uses a specialised shoemaker, who has the necessary tools to revamp your boots after years of wear and tear. I've seen an example, and it's like magic! So, if you're looking for boots, Boots by M is the place to go to!

Mijn vrouw kocht hier onlangs haar 3e paar laarzen. Het assortiment in de winkel is prachtig! Een erg mooi leren jack wat ik voor mezelf aanschafte kreeg na een week al een grote scheur in de mouw. Kan niet achterhalen wat ik gedaan heb maar de schade was groot. Marian, de eigenaresse, heeft met hulp van de leverancier de mouw onder garantie hersteld. Hij is weer als nieuw. Super service, ben er erg blij mee en we gaan binnenkort weer kijken voor een paar laarzen! Volgens mijn vrouw kun je er daar niet teveel van hebben.

Topwinkel! Vandaag weer mijn derde paar van Marian mogen ontvangen, ben er heel blij mee. Ik wilde een bepaalde kleur en zij heeft deze voor mij besteld. Nu heb ik een unieke kleur laarzen, de enige in heel Europa, volgens Marian. Bedankt voor je tijd en de service. Ook de snelle levering, het onderhoudsmiddel en het persoonlijke kaartje zorgen ervoor dat het een speciaal moment is, als je je laarzen uitpakt :-)

Al vele jaren op zoek naar 'cowboy' laarzen. Nooit kunnen vinden vanwege mijn maat. Bij Boots by M heb ik hoge laarzen en lage enkellaarzen besteld. Telefonisch zeer goede uitleg gehad op mijn vragen. Zeer vriendelijke dame! Beide keren een zeer snelle levering. Ik ben zeer tevreden over mijn boots. Een top kwaliteit! Gisteren werd ik aangesproken over mijn boots; "Ik wil u even zeggen dat u hele mooie schoenen heeft."

Net deze prachtige laarzen gekocht bij Boots by M. Goed geholpen en geadviseerd en de sfeer in de winkel is heel fijn. Ik heb vrij smalle kuiten, dus het is heel fijn om een mooie goede laars te kunnen scoren.

Wat een perfecte samenwerking! Heb nat 35 dus vind niet makkelijk een western boot. Maar hier was het geen probleem, gewoon bestellen zei Marjan. Helemaal uit Texas komen ze, het heeft even geduurd, vanwege de maat maar dan heb je ook wat!! Kreeg trouwens regelmatig een opdate van Marjan Model Lily PANTER eigenlijk te mooi om te dragen, ze staan dan ook even op mijn dressoir voor de show.
Als een kind zo gelukkig. Woon in Amsterdam, maar als ik in Den Haag ben kom ik zeker even langs.
