I originally contacted this business via their secondary website known as 'Family Lawyer - The Hague', and was promptly responded to by one of their lawyers Ms Leonie L. Schipper-Heikens. The matter concerned a business known as Travelzeeland that had made multiple spurious retaliatory false reviews against my business after I stayed at theirs and left a bad review due to the bad customer service and experience me and my family had there.

Leonie gave amazing advice and also cooperated with me in English helping me out with Dutch law and terminology where necessary. She was highly understanding and very open to my own ideas and desires on how to pursue the matter, and combined this with her own methods and advice to achieve an optimum outcome that worked extremely well. I always felt that I was in control of the matter with Leonie leading the case and strategising an approach against the counterparty that would achieve a positive result for the least cost to me.

Leonie also went above and beyond the retainer amount and certainly put more work into the matter than estimated and invoiced for due to the nature of the case.

This was a relatively small case, but I will definitely use this firm and specifically Leonie for any legal matters I may have in the future in the Netherlands, and I will also recommend them to others for civil, criminal or family law matters.
