I was surprised how good the food was! I ordered a Borscht soup, pancakes with meat inside and cheese cottage dessert. It was all delicious, did not expect that. Staff is very friendly too, nice shop, clean. Will come back here definitely again.

Excellent place, food selection of Georgian and international wines. Large selection of semi-fabricates as well as fresh produce from the post Soviet part of the world. Georgian wines though....I took 3 bottles of Kvevri aged wine varieties and all of them were a complete bangers 🎉

Quality East European products.Various dumplings, bedspread jams tea dried fish. Etc .Clean and friendly familysatffs.

I used their various dumpling for my own cooking.

Not only is this the tastiest Ukranian/Russian food that you'll find in The Hague, but the staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Besides the fresh food in the café, there is a wide range of high quality Eastern European products at fair prices. Finally, the shop itself also looks great! A must visit if you are in The Hague :)

I lived near this shop a few years ago, so I was there often. Always fresh products, a lot of kinds (especially dumplings) and nice service. I remember owner Sergei, always so helpful and kind, that you wanted to go back there! :)

The best best store with Russian and Ukrainian products, not only in Den Haag, but Netherlands. It is possible to try the national dishes at the place, they can prepare a quick lunch, and you can use the tables outside. The owner travels over the world and brings only the best product he finds. The shop is very clean and very well designed. You are doing great job guys, from now I will buy these products only here.

I love this place! Nice food, good choice of products and very friendly staff! I totally recommend visiting this place! You can also eat there, you know. And they deliver your orders even if you don't live in the Hague. In short: great place!

Great and small place for Russian students feeling homesick and for Russians living in the Hague. They have everything that brings the vibes of Russian simple life. The cafe service is also very nice. Even though the menu is small and doesn't serve non-Russian meals from related quizines (Gerogian hachapuri, Uzbeki plof, etc.), it's still great.

Had a really nice lunch in the cafe of the shop. The food (we had dumplings and pancakes) was delicious. Very well prepared.
This is a must visit when in The Hague!

I come for years already to get my favourite shashlik meat and some other items for the children. The owners are very friendly and very good customer service. Super.

It is not just a store. Not a regular store at least. Not even a regular store where you can just come and buy Russian, Ukrainian, Georgian or Polish food. Well, you can but you will miss a catch. The catch is in the owners, the two young guys, who use the all-in-one concept of store+cafe+restaurant. You may not only buy some unique food but also come alone, bring your friends, or your beloved ones and bite some unique food, get familiar with Russian, Ukrainian, Georgian cuisine. You will not only enjoy the taste, fun and overall time spent at SMAK but also find the great healthy alternatives to the Western food. Priyatnava apetita!

Amazing staff, great selection of food. Pelmeni are very delicious. They also sell other products, suh as tkemali and suluguni, that you will not find in The Hague. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I’ve had a great experience coming to smak multiple times, they have a large assortment of typical Russian delicacies that are all reasonably priced. I suggest everyone goes there.
