My experience of buying stuff here was great !!
The floor staff personally showed me the way around for products I was looking for and could explain different products' use and the context of use which was very important in case you're buying any machine/tool for the first time.
Compared to all other Praxis that I have been to, this was the better one.

Ik ben vandaag (18 juni ) geholpen door een lieve vrouwelijke medewerker achter de service/kassa.

Ik was mijn bon kwijt maar ben door haar uitstekend geholpen.

Zo zie je maar door wie je geholpen word. Daarom moet je zulke medewerkers waarderen.

In verband met een spoed-probleem belde ik met de Praxis of mijn bestelling sneller kon dan de 24 uur afhaal-mogelijkheid. De medewerker pikte mijn bestelling eruit en binnen een half uur kon ik mijn spullen komen halen. Erg fijn dat deze service in deze tijden nog zo goed gegeven wordt! Wordt zeer gewaardeerd. Chapeau!

Hele fijne wel kleine bouwmarkt. Maar altijd vriendelijk personeel! Voor alle kleine klussen is ons materiaal op voorraad en altijd staat het personeel klaar met een goed advies.
Persoonlijk vind ik deze fijner dan de grote aan de andere kant van de stad.

Even iets ruilen en iets nieuws halen en dan gaan de deuren achter je dicht en grijp ik mis naar een mondkapje. Praxis Gildenhof heeft me prima en op afstand geholpen en tevreden en met dank aan Praxis weer op huis aan. Klasse.
