Recently I got my mortgage with the help of Wiertz Financial Advice. My situation is a bit complicated. I need to put in some my own money to buy my house, but my money won't be available for several month, so I don't have enough money to buy the whole house for now.
With the knowledge of Maurice, he helped me to buy the house with Duokoop, which is to buy the house first and I can buy the land later. It was really helpful.
I went with another mortgage adviser first, but he has no knowledge of Duokoop.

Mijn partner en ik wilden een huis/appartement kopen, echter heeft mijn partner een andere nationaliteit en krijgt een uitkering uit een EER land in een vreemde valuta, dit maakte het wat gecompliceerd maar Maurice heeft echt alles geregeld en uiteindelijk hebben wij eerder kunnen passeren dan de oorspronkelijke planning was. Geen moment tijdens het verkrijgen van de hypotheek en starterslening heb ik het gevoel gehad te moeten stressen of dat ik mij zorgen moest maken, Maurice was altijd kalm en zelfverzekerd. Het is nu de derde keer dat we Wiertz financieel advies in de arm hebben genomen. Al 1 keer eerder voor de aankoop van een woning en de tweede keer voor het financieren van een verbouwing.

Dit keer wederom voor de financiering voor onze nieuwe woning. Wat Maurice uniek maakt is dat die zich van tevoren goed verdiept in de situatie en voor überhaupt gesproken te hebben met de bank al feilloos aangeeft of het haalbaar is of waar knelpunten liggen. Door dit vertrouwen hebben we in de woning aangekocht en was wederom volgens verwachten de financiering zo geregeld. Zowel in de begeleiding van de verkoop als aankoop van de woning.
