Spontaan personeel, behulpzaam, redelijk goed op de hoogte van assortiment, vanwege decemberperiode artikelen wel veel sneller uitverkocht, personeel adviseerde om online voorraad te checken of te bestellen en daarna in winkel op te halen (zodat je zeker weet dat je niet misgrijpt en het helpt spreiding van bezoekers gedurende de dag)

Zeer goede klantenservice helpen je uitstekend met een goede sfeer in de winkel en er wordt niet moeilijk gedaan over het ruilen van artikelen die het niet doen maar wel uit de verpakking zijn.
