Very understanding and helpful customer service. Two weeks back I bought a winter jacket on sale. As it wasn't very cold at the time, I haven't used it much, so only with the cold and strong winds yesterday did I use it and zipped it up, only to notice a clean slash cut on the front of it, seemingly from unboxing. I was hoping for a fix as the jacket was very nice and a comfortable size; however, they offered a refund or an exchange. I exchanged it for the smaller size available since it's a really lightweight but warm jacket. Some places would be very defensive, blame the customer and refuse to do anything at all, but here was a really positive experience.

A very big Intratuin with nice animals. I especially liked the dekoes that walk around freely around the cages. They also have a nice cafe with lots of options.
