Finally a nice dentist office!

Al jaren komen we bij tandarts Schimmel. Neemt altijd de tijd en is heel vriendelijk. Alle assistentes trouwens ook! Vroeger was ik echt spookbang voor de tandarts! Ik vind het nog steeds niet heel erg leuk maar voel me wel veilig en op mijn gemak in deze praktijk!

Heel tevreden over deze tandarts en alle medewerkers. Ik kom er nu een aantal jaren. Werkt efficiënt maar neemt wel de tijd voor je en geeft goede adviezen. Uitstekend bereikbaar met OV/ fiets/ motor/ auto (direkt naast bushalte en parkeergarage).

Zeer tevreden over deze praktijk! Vriendelijke receptionistes, zorgvuldige mondhygiënistes en tandarts Schimmel is zowel kundig als aardig en ontspannen.

Met spoed geholpen op een zondag, door een hele vriendelijke, professionele tandarts die echt passie heeft voor zijn werk!

Hele fijne tandarts, centrale plek, mooi fris pand! Erg leuk met kinderen ook!

I had a very unpleasant experience here several months ago with a particular dentist. I felt my dental hygienist was great but the dentist I encountered had absolutely no proper knowledge or experience in dental care. I feel for anyone who is relying on him. I came in here in an amazing amount of pain. The dentist claimed nothing was wrong with my teeth and that I just needed to use the sensitive toothpaste to solve the matter, which I thought was bogus. He suggested using the popular toothpaste that you see dentist promoting instead of properly diagnosing your teeth.

I spoke with the dentist twice about my problem in two separate appointments and he claimed my teeth were just fine, which I knew was completely false, because no one had the type of pain that I had for months if my teeth were fine. I went in there several times and felt completely distraught by the type of service I received. He did not do any new X-rays on my teeth to evaluate the problem. He did not properly evaluate my teeth at all. He did not properly examine, diagnose or treat my teeth.

For the record a good dentist should perform a complete comprehensive exam and history taking. A good dentist should be trustworthy, actively listen, provide comprehensive services, offer proper emergency dental care, and respects their patients time and resources. In addition, and if they have any human compassion for their patients try to follow up with them.

Sadly I eventually had to go to another dental practice and emergency room only to find out I had a dead tooth that was completely rotting in my mouth and that was the reason I was in a significant amount of pain for months. To add insult to injury I lost my tooth and the tooth infection got into my blood system, which almost cost me my life. In conclusion, I now have an empty space in my mouth, because the dentist was not proactive or competent enough to diagnose my dental problem. All I have to say is be very careful not to doom your health with bad dentistry.

Vrouw achter de balie was heel bot. Voelde me niet welkom. Vervelende ervaring.

Willen alleen maar snel werken, geen vakkundige tandarts.
