We ordered a Hundos Bench for our Dobermann. He is quite big and because of his movements one of the plugs where the screw goes kept coming out. Autobench.nl fixed this problem immediately and provided us with new parts adjusted for that same problem!

Couldn't be happier our puppy is safe and sound in his new bench! 😄

Nadat ik per Mail lichte schade had gemeld aan een wiel van de fietskar, krijg ik zonder veel vragen of ik het ordernummer even door wilde geven.
Welnu drie dagen later zonder gedoe heb ik hier een nieuwe aangekomen.

Ik kan eerlijk zeggen dat dit nog service is van 0 T/M 10 een tien is.

Auto bench op maat laten maken. Deze werd volledig ingesealed op een mini pallet afgeleverd. Uitpakken en plaatsen was een eitje. De bench past precies zoals opgemeten in Tuk. Top product!

Ontzettend leuk en goed geholpen in mijn zoektocht naar een autobench. Een kop koffie en alle ruimte om mee te kijken en denken. Echt top!

Ik had eerst 1 ster gegeven, dit heb ik gewijzigd naar 5 sterren.Mijn klacht lag niet bij autobench, maar bij de bezorgservice.

Product was "home brand" but a third party had to supply it - it was out of stock. This was not shown on the site, and only three calls later did they find out it was out of stock. Three return calls promised, only two delivered.

When they say "order by 16:00 shipped that day" they mean they place the order with a third party before that time.
I will be more critical of reviews and exact wordings on websites from now on. The staff who were hired as help over the holidays do their best, but I feel they are be understaffed or not empowered to fix problems.

I give the holiday staff four stars, leaving 2 on average for the company.

Edit: No money back after 6 days, turns out the owner is on holiday and nobody can do the refunds. This means the owner left for holiday without leaving adequate and empowered staff behind. Adjusting the review to 1 star.
