Wonderful piece of history, truly magnificent. Kids enjoyed it as well. Then we walked around in the woods - there are several craters from WW II.
Definitely worth seeing both for kids and adults.

Pre-historic graves. Really cool to see and for the kids to climb on. You can combine it with a nice walk in the forrest and finish it with a coffee or lunch in one of the restaurants nearby.

Beautiful heather landscape at nature reserve Holtingerveld. Great hiking area, with history. Middle Age graves, and WW2 reliefs

Mooie omgeving. Honden toegelaten, natuurlijk wel aangelijnd al volgt helaas niet iedereen deze regel. Helaas ook net die mensen met een reactieve hond. 😐 Maar dat neemt niet weg dat we genoten hebben van deze prachtige omgeving.

Hunebedden persoonlijk nog nooit eerder gezien. Interessant om een keer te zien maar ik zou hier geen uren lang spenderen. Als je hier in de buurt bent, zeker waard om ff te kijken!
